حضور نظامي ناتو در خليج فارس و تاثير آن برتوان دفاعي ج.ا.ا ( با تاكيد برجنگ آينده)

Military Presence Of NATO in Persian Gulf and its Impact On Defense might of the I.R. of Iran

سازمان پيمان آتلانتيك شمالي (ناتو) كه در سال 1949 به منظور مبارزه با تهديد كمونيسم و اتحاد جماهير شوروي سابق پا به عرصه وجود گذاشت، گمان مي رفت با فروپاشي بلوك شرق و اضمحلال خواهر خوانده اش يعني پيمان ورشو، فلسفه ي وجودي خود را از دست داده و به تاريخ سپرده شود، اما رويداد و حوادث دهه 90 قرن بيستم خلاف اين تصورات را نشان داد، چرا كه نه تنها پرونده ي ناتو بسته نشد، بلكه عملاً شاهد گسترش ناتو در بعد «جغرافيايي» و «كاركردي»هستيم به نحوي كه در دهه اخير ناتو توانسته حوزه ي فعاليت خود را به كشورهاي اروپاي شرقي، منطقه قفقاز و آسياي مركزي گسترش دهد و هم اكنون نيز اين سازمان به دنبال گسترش حضور و نفوذ خود در مهمترين منطقه ژيواستراتژيك و ژيوپليتيك جهان يعني «خليج فارس» مي باشد، كه اين مساله باعث گرديده امنيت ملي ج.ا.ايران با تهديدات جديدي مواجه شود. در اين مقاله محقّق با طرح فرضيات: 1) بين حضور نظامي ناتو در خليج فارس و توان دفاعي ج.ا.ا رابطه وجود دارد. 2) بين روابط دفاعي – امنيتي كشورهاي حاشيه جنوبي خليج فارس و ناتو با توان دفاعي نيروهاي مسلح ج.ا.ا رابطه وجود دارد. و با طرح مساله «تاثير حضور نظامي ناتو در منطقه خليج فارس بر توان دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران با تاكيد برجنگ آينده ي احتمالي آمريكا عليه ايران» در صدد است تا راه هاي كاهش اثر اين حضور را بررسي نمايد و با روش توصيفي تحليلي ضمن بررسي-وضعيت موجود و با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان، فرضيات فوق را آزمون و سپس با كمك داده هاي آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي به تجزيه و تحليل موضوع بپردازد. در اين نوشتار محقق مي كوشد با بررسي موضوع فوق، پيشنهادها و راه كارهاي نظري حاصله را براي خنثي سازي و يا كاهش تهديدات احتمالي ناشي از حضور نظامي ناتو عليه توان دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران ارايه نمايد.

It was thought that North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) which emerged in 1949 for fighting against the threat of communism and ex-soviet union, would be missed its existent philosophy and would be delegated to history after collapsing Eastern block and disintegration of its similar treaty, Warsaw pact. But the events of decade of 1990 of twentieth century, showed contrary image. Because not only the file of NATO was not closed, but also, actually we witnessed expansion of NATO in the dimensions of “Geography” and “ Performance” , to such an extent that NATO could expand its activity domain toward Eastern Europe countries and Caucasian and central Asia regions in recent decade and now, this organization tries to expand its presence and influence in the most important Geostrategic and geopolitics region of the world, id est “ Persian Gulf” region. This issue prompted that the National security of the I.R. of Iran be faced with new threats. In current paper, the researcher has offered two following hypotheses: There is relation between military presence of NATO in Persian Gulf region and defence capability of the I.R.of Iran. There is relation between the defense – security ties of littoral states of south of Persian Gulf and NATO and defense might of armed forces of the I.R. of Iran. The researcher by raising the issue of “ Impact of military Presence of NATO in Persian Gulf region on defense might of the I.R. or Iran, with emphasis on Possible future war of the U.S against Iran “ , tries to survey the methods of decreasing the impact of such presence. And by using the analysing descriptive methodologies, the status quo be examined and above-mentioned hypotheses be tested through the views of experts. Also it is attempted that concerned Issue be analysed with descriptive and perceptive statistics. In this paper, the researcher by examining the said issue tries to introduce theoretical suggestions and solutions for neutralizing or at least for reduction the possible threats of military presence of NATO against defense might of the I.R. of Iran
