توسعه فيزيكي شهرهاي اسلامي و تعيين جهت هاي توسعه (مطالعه موردي: شهر اردكان يزد)

Course of Change and Physical Development of Islamic Cities and Determining the Development Directions ( A Case Study: Ardakan City in Yazd Province)

پديده شهرنشيني، تحوّلاتي را در ساختار فيزيكي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي- اجتماعي شهرها به وجود آورده است. شهر اردكان در شمال شهر يزد واقع شده است. با توّجه به رشد جمعيّت، توسعه فيزيكي اين شهر در جهت افقي بوده و گسترش مداوم ساخت و سازهاي شهري سبب از بين رفتن مزارع كشاورزي و باغهاي اطراف شهر شده است. اين مقاله سير تحوّل و توسعه فيزيكي اردكان را بررسي ميكند. در اين باره، عوامل و متغيّرهاي مختلفي مانند راههاي ارتباطي، شبكه سنّتي استحصال آب (قناتها)، عوامل اقتصادي، نقش مذهب، سياست و مديريّت شهري مورد توّجه قرار گرفته است. روش تحقيق، تلفيقي با بهرهگيري از روشهاي ميداني ،تاريخي، توصيفي و تحليلي بوده و از دادهها و اطلاعات جمعيّتي، اشتغال، صنعت، فرهنگي، اجتماعي، آموزشي، شهرداري و وسعت و كاربريهاي موجود در مركز آمار ايران و طرحهاي هادي و جامع شهري و مقايسه آنها در دورههاي مختلف 1335 تا 1390 و نقشههاي توپوگرافي محل استفاده شده است. يافتهها نشان ميدهد كه شهر اردكان چهار مرحله توسعه شهري را پشت سر گذاشته است. قناتها نقش اساسي در پيدايش شهر و سپس چاههاي عميق و نيمه عميق و انتقال آب از زايندهرود، تاثير مهمّي در تحوّل و توسعه فيزيكي اردكان داشتهاند. عوامل افزايش جمعيّت، گسترش وسعت شهر سالهاي 1335 تا 1390، وجود چهار محور ترانزيتي مهم، گسترش زياد بخش صنعت، اشتغال و آموزش در محور ارتباطي شمال- جنوب به ويژه محور اردكان- نايين و سمت غربي شهر، وجود و گسترش اماكن مذهبي در محلّههاي مختلف و وجود 600 هكتار اراضي باير به صورت پراكنده در سطح شهر در توسعه فيزيكي اردكان نقش بسيار مهمّي داشتهاند. به علت محدوديت هايي كه در بخشهاي شمالي، شرقي و جنوبي شهر وجود دارد، توسعه فيزيكي آن به سمت اين مناطق نامناسب است.

The phenomenon of urban settlement has created certain changes in physical, economic , cultural and social structure of cities. Ardakan city is located in the north of Yazd city . With regard to the growth of population , the physical development of this city has been in the horizontal direction and the constant expansion of urban constructions has destructed agricultural fields and gardens around the city. This article is an attempt to study the physical change and development of Ardakan. The research method is a combination and uses the field, historical , descriptive and analytical methods . Furthermore, the data of population, employment , industry, culture, social , educational , municipality’s , area and existing use in Iranian Statistical Center and urban pilot projects and their comparison in different periods from 1956 to 2012 and finally the place topographical maps have been used. The findings show that Ardakan city has passed four urban development stages . Qanats have had a basic role in the formation of city and then deep and semi-deep wells and transfer of Zayanderood water , all have had important roles in physical development of Ardakan. The factors of population increase, the expansion of city area from 1956 to 2012 , the presence of four important transit routes , development of industry , employment and education in the link axes of north-south specially the pivot of Ardakan-Nayeen and the western part of the city , the presence and expansion of religious places in different districts and the 600 hectares of scattered uncultivated lands at city level have played important roles in the physical development of Ardakan. Due to limits in northern, eastern and southern parts of city, its physical development towards these regions is unfavorable.
