ارايه مدلي براي طراحي "طرح درس" با كمك ابزار QFD، همراه با نمونه كاربردي

A QFD-based model for designing the "curriculum" and a case study

اهميت آموزش و لزوم برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي و ضرورت ابزار طرح درس به ويژه در آموزشهاي مهندسي امري انكارناپذير است، از اين رو، نياز به استاندارد بودن و به روز بودن آن به منظور ارايه‌ طرح درسي با جامعيت و كيفيت بهتر امري ضروري و اجتناب-ناپذير است. طرح‌ درس برنامه‌اي از پيش تعيين شده است كه نوع، تعداد و واحد دروسي را كه دانشجويان در رشته‌ها و سطوح مختلف موظف به گذراندن آن هستند، مشخص مي‌كند. به‌‌روزرساني و بازنگري طرح درسها به منظور ارتقاي سطح كيفي آموزشي كشور، متناسب با شرايط روز جامعه و جهان، امري ضروري است. در اين پژوهش مدلي براي طراحي طرح ‌درس ارايه شده است. بدين منظور وجود داشتن يك رويه مناسب در ايجاد و طراحي طرح‌ درسها ضروري است. در اين تحقيق با توجه به كارايي بالاي ابزارQFD براي درك نيازهاي مشتريان و تبديل صداي مشتري به مشخصات فني، اين ابزار مد نظر قرار گرفته و بر اساس پژوهشهاي انجام شده، مدلي مناسب بر پايه ابزار QFD براي طراحي طرح‌درس ارايه و از آن براي يك نمونه كاربردي در رشته مهندسي صنايع استفاده شده است. در نتيجه اين امر ضرورت تغيير برخي طرح درسها استخراج شد كه مهمترين اين تغييرات ايجاد سرفصلهاي نرم‌افزاري و گنجاندن پروژه‌هاي اجرايي و عملي است و البته، شايان ذكر است كه در خصوص برخي دروس، تغيير ساعت درسي (افزايش واحد درسي) و گنجاندن مباحث جديدتر نيز از جمله نتايج به دست آمده است.

The importance of training and curriculum and the necessity of curriculum as a tool, especially in engineering education, is undeniable. As a result, being standard and up-to-date for presenting a high quality and comprehensive curriculum is not avoidable. Curriculum is a program of the types, numbers and units of courses that students in different fields and levels are obliged to pass. These curricula should be revised to promote the quality of education in the country, according to the social and political conditions of the society and the world, to achieve the highest quality of educated students. In this article we are looking for a model for “curriculum". So a proper methodology for understanding our customers’ needs in creation and design of the curriculum is essential. In this study, according to the high performance of the QFD tool for understanding customerʹs needs and becoming the voice of the customer to technical specifications, we choose this tool and use it for a case study in the industrial engineering major. As a result the importance of changing some curricula is derived: "Creating software topics" and "the inclusion of practical projects". These changes included, and also in some other lessons ascending the course of those lessons and the inclusion of new topics are other conclusions that are derived from the QFD-based model.
