The Necessity of Effective Interaction between Insurance & Oil and Gas Industry

پس از گذشت سال هاي متمادي از اكتشاف نفت در كشورمان و با وجود ريسك هاي متنوع و فراوان، هنوز اين صنعت مديريت ريسك صحيح و به روزي نداشته و كماكان به صورت سنتي اداره مي شود. مقايسه اي مختصر با ساير كشورهاي دنيا نشان مي دهد كه در اين زمينه در صنعت نفت كشورمان فعاليت چشم گيري انجام نشده است. در اين مقاله سعي شده از طريق تجزيه و تحليل منابع و امكانات و هم چنين مشكلات پيش رو در صنعت نفت و گاز و بيمه و عدم تناسب آنها با يكديگر در كشورمان، به علل اين معضل پرداخته شود. بي شك عوامل متعددي در توسعه يا ركود يك پديده دخيل هستند ولي تا زمان وقوع مشكلات و موانع عزمي جدي جهت شناسايي آنها وجود ندارد. در اين مقاله برخي از اين مشكلات بررسي شده و راه هاي برون رفت از آنها نيز پيشنهاد شده است

Many years after oil exploration in our country and despite many risks, unfortunately there is no correct and updated risk mana gement. A basic comparison between Iran and other countries shows traditional scales which still are being used in our country. It is clear that, because of rarity and complexity of ingredients these industryʹs achievements have not been acceptable, this paper tries to add ress this issue by analyzing real and existing capacities to solve the problem and studying the future dif ficulties in oil and insurance industries and their inconsistencies in our country. It is clear that there are different elements which affect the develop a phenomena positively or negatively, but none of these obstacles and problems will never be solved unless by making a real decision based on recognizing and solving the dif ficulties which most of them are management based, rather than technical or financial. The first step is to recognize an overall solution to face the problem. Some of the existing obstacles and related solutions are suggested in this article.
