The Impact of Oil Prices on the US Economic Policies Concerning Anti-Iran Strategic Restrictions and Sanctions

اقتصاد سياسي و ضرورت‌هاي راهبردي ايالات متحده به‌عنوان محوريت اقتصاد و امنيت جهاني تحت تاثير نيروهاي اجتماعي، منابع توليدي و الگوي مديريت بحران‌هاي منطقه‌اي قرار گرفته است. چنين ضرورت‌هايي همواره عامل اصلي تصميم‌گيري راهبردي كشورهاي صنعتي در برخورد با بازيگران منطقه‌اي ازجمله ايران محسوب مي‌شود. در اين مقاله چگونگي و مقياس محدودسازي راهبردي جمهوري اسلامي ايران از طريق سياست تحريم اقتصادي، كنترل حوزه انرژي و مبادلات مالي به‌عنوان متغير وابسته محسوب مي‌شود. درحالي‌كه نوسانات قيمت نفت در شرايط ركود اقتصادي، رونق بازارهاي جهاني، ثبات در اقتصاد بين‌الملل و منازعه نظامي را بايد در زمره مولفه‌هايي دانست كه بر الگوي تحريم اقتصادي جمهوري اسلامي ايران تاثير مي‌گذارند. نوشتار حاضر كه رابطه بين تحريم، قيمت نفت و تهديدات راهبردي را تبيين مي‌كند، اين موضوع را مورد پرسش قرار مي‌دهد كه: «نوسانات بازار و قيمت نفت چه تاثيري بر الگوي محدودسازي و فرايند تحريم اقتصادي ايران مي‌گذارد؟» فرضيه اين مقاله نيز بر اين موضوع تاكيد دارد كه: «روند تحريم اقتصادي و محدودسازي مبادلات انرژي ايران در بازار منطقه‌اي و جهاني تابعي از نشانه‌هاي اقتصاد جهاني و قيمت نفت بر بازار بين‌المللي مي‌باشد.»

The political economy and strategic necessities of the United States as an axis of the world economy and security have been affected by social forces, productive sources and management models of the crises emerged in the region. Although, the US Congress has ratified several bills concerning the anti-Iran sanctions, the way for these sanctions to be put into effect depends on several factors, including world economic necessities. The United States, the European Union as well as other Western industrial countries have so far provided many different approaches concerning the way and means of curbing Iranʹs strategic capabilities. Meanwhile, Iranʹs economy is regarded as a part of world economy. Under such circumstances, the US restrictions imposed on the regional states and the international system, are generally regulated on the basis of the world economic needs. Requirements as such are mostly regarded essential in decision making of the industrial countries in dealing with regional players such as Iran. In this article restricting Iran through economic sanctions, controlling its energy exports and financial exchanges are assumed as dependent variables, while fluctuations in oil prices during economic recession, world markets situation, and military confrontations are regarded as factors having impact on models for anti-Iran sanctions.
