بررسي نگرش دانشجويان به تحقيق و ارتباط آن با باورهاي خودكارآمدي در انجام تحقيق

A Survay Of University Students’ Atitudes Towards Research And Its Relationship With Research Self-Efficacy

هدف تحقيق حاضر، تعيين نوع نگرش دانشجويان نسبت به تحقيق و ارتباط آن با باورهاي خودكارآمدي تحقيق، بود. روش پژوهش، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي و تعداد ??? تن از دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه كردستان به عنوان نمونه تحقيق با استفاده از نمونه گيري طبقه‌اي، انتخاب شدند. دو پرسشنامه نگرش به تحقيق و خودكارآمدي تحقيق به عنوان ابزار، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت كه روايي و پايايي آن‌ها در مطالعه مقدماتي، تاييد شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد؛ دانشجويان دختر نگراني كم‌تري در زمينه سختي‌هاي اجراي تحقيق نسبت به همتايان پسر خود داشتند هم‌چنين بيشترين نگرش مثبت به تحقيق، مربوط به دانشجويان دانشكده فني و مهندسي بود و در مقابل دانشجويان دانشكده علوم انساني، احساس اضطراب بيشتري براي اجراي تحقيق، نسبت به دانشجويان ساير دانشكده‌ها، داشتند. در مجموع، دانشجويان به فايده و سودمندي تحقيق در مشاغل آتي به ميزان بالا، اعتقاد داشتند و هم‌چنين ميزان اضطراب كمي را از خود در زمينه انجام فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي، بروز دادند. دانشجويان پسر نسبت به دختران، بيشتر اطمينان داشتند كه از مهارت‌هاي خودكارآمدي تحقيق، برخوردارند. تحليل‌ها نشان داد؛ دانشجويان دانشكده فني و مهندسي از اطمينان بالاتري نسبت به دانشجويان ساير دانشكده‌ها در زمينه مهارت‌هاي خودكارآمدي تحقيق، برخوردار بودند. در مقابل دانشجويان دانشكده ادبيات و علوم انساني در پايين‌ترين رده اطمينان از مهارت‌هاي خودكارآمدي در تحقيق در مقايسه با دانشجويان ساير دانشكده‌ها، قرار داشتند. مهم‌ترين مهارت‌هايي كه دانشجويان، سطح اطمينان بالايي در مورد آن از خود نشان دادند، به ترتيب؛ "مهارت‌هاي رايانه‌اي و آماري تحقيق و مهارت‌هاي نوشتاري و ارايه تحقيق"، بوده است. در مقابل، "مهارت‌هاي كاربرد اخلاق و رويه‌هاي تحقيق" و "مهارت‌هاي طراحي تحقيق" به ترتيب، در سطح پاييني از اطمينان و خودكارآمدي، از ديدگاه دانشجويان، قرار داشته‌اند.

The main purpose of this study was to determine studentsʹ attitudes towards re-search and its relation to their beliefs on the self-efficiency of research. A descriptive research method was applied using a survey of 260 Kurdistan university graduate students who were selected by stratified sampling technique. Two questionnaires on their attitude towards research and self-efficacy were administered as the research tools. By conducting a pilot study the validity and reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed. Results showed that female students are less concerned about the difficulties of research than their male counterparts. Moreover, the most positive attitudes towards research belonged to the faculty of technical and engineering’s students. In contrast, faculty of Humanities’ students had higher degree of anxiety concerning doing researches. Generally, students believed in high levels of usefulness and benefits of research activities in their future occupations and indicated low degree of anxiety concerning conducting researches. Male students were more convinced than female students that they possess self-efficacy skills. According to analysis students in the Faculty of Humanities appeared at the lowest category of confi-dence regarding their research self-efficacy skills compared with other faculties’ students while faculty of technical and engineering’s students had the highest level of that. The most important skills from the student’s point of view were respectively: "research computer and analyzing skill" and "writing and presenting skills". In contrast, "application of ethical issues and research procedure" and "research designing skills" had the lowest level of self-confidence and self-efficacy from their viewpoint.
