بررسي و تحليل منشا جغرافيايي و فرهنگي تنش بين ايران و پاكستان

Study, analyze the geographical source and of tension between Iran and Pakistan

بي‌ثباتي و ناپايداري چشم‌اندازهاي سياسي در فضاهاي سياسي و فرهنگيِ بيشتر همسايگان مانند عراق و افغانستان و پاكستان، به‌موازات حضور نيروهاي اشغالگر قدرت‌‌هاي فرامنطقه‌اي در برخي از اين كشورها مزيد‌برعلت شده و زمينه‌ساز فزايندگي تنش ميان ايران و همسايگان شده است. پژوهش حاضر كه از نوع كيفي است، با بهره‌گيري از روش توصيفي و كاوشي‌تحليلي و با استفاده از مطالعات و اسناد كتابخانه‌اي، بر آن است تا ضمن شناسايي عوامل تنش ميان ايران و پاكستان، عوامل پايدارتر تنش و بحران عوامل جغرافيايي و فرهنگي را ميان اين دو همسايه روشن‌تر كند. شناسايي و تميز و تفكيك عوامل پايدار و ناپايدارتر تنش از يكديگر، زمينه تمركز بر آنان را براي تخفيف، كاهش و درنهايت، زدودنشان مهيا خواهد ساخت. اين پژوهش همچنين بر آن است تا از‌اين‌طريق، الگويي را براي مطالعات مرزي با تمركز بر شاخه‌هاي جغرافيايي و فرهنگي ارايه دهد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه ايران و پاكستان به‌دليل قرار‌گرفتن در دو حوزه ژيوپليتيك و امنيتي جداگانه و به‌دليل دغدغه‌ها و دل‌مشغولي‌هاي متفاوت امنيتي و نيز به‌دليل تفاوت‌هاي بارز جهات متفاوت تهديد جغرافيايي و برعكس به‌دليل هم‌پوشي حياط خلوت‌هاي استراتژيكشان بر يكديگر، فاقد زمينه‌هاي ژرف و استراتژيك منابع مشاجره و تنش و بحران فيمابين هستند.

Instability to political Perspectives in space political and caltural grea ter neighboring countries, for example Iraq, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan and Pakistan, parallel to the presence of occupying power forces of trans-regional in e few these countries, has been caused and has provided Grounds for the growing tension between Iran and its neighbors. This study that is type of qualitative using recommended methods and exploring - analytical and use of studies and library documents seeks to identify the causes of tension between Iran - Pakistan and then classify them, to determine the Stable factors of tension and the crisis of geographical and caltural factors between the two neighboring. Identification and separation of factors of stable and unstable tensions will provide conditions of focus on them to relieve, reduce, and ultimately eliminate them. This research is also on to provide a model for boundary studies focusing on geographic and caltural branches. Results show that Iran and Pakistan due to security and geopolitical position in two separate areas due to different concerns and preoccupations of security and also because of the obvious differences in different directions geographical threats conversely, due to overlapping the strategic backyard of with each other, are lacks of depth and strategic field of resources conflicts tension and crisis between them.
