چكيده فارسي :
مقاله حاضر به تعيين عوامل موثر بر چابك سازي سازمان نظامي ج. ا.ا با نگرش به تهديدات آينده پرداخته است. پس از بررسي ديدگاه‌هاي نظري پيرامون تعاريف چابكي، مولفه‌هاي چابكي، ويژگي‌هاي سازمان‌هاي چابك، چابكي در حوزه‌هاي نيروي انساني و فناوري اطلاعات نسبت به بررسي 8 مورد از مصاديق چابكي در ارتش‌هاي جهان پرداخته است. سپس نمونه مفهومي پژوهش بر اساس مطالعات انجام يافته طراحي و اجزاي آن طي يك پرسشنامه 71 سوالي به نمونه آماري ارسال شد.
نوع پژوهش حاضر موردي زمينه‌اي، جامعه آماري كلي معادل 527 نفر كه پس از نمونه‌گيري به روش تصادفي طبقاتي تعداد 174 را شامل شده است. همچنين از نظرات تعداد 15 نفر خبره نظامي به روش تمام شماري بهره برداري شده است. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه با نگرش به تهديدات آينده به ترتيب 7 عامل زيرساخت چابكي شامل: فناوري نظامي بومي، توليد دانش، انعطاف‌پذيري سازماني، نوع سازماندهي، نظام‌ها و روش‌ها، بصيرت راهبردي و آماده‌سازي نيروي انساني و 9 عامل قابليت چابكي شامل: واكنش دقيق و به موقع، آمادگي روحي و جسمي، تداوم پشتيباني، جامع‌نگري، آمادگي حرفه‌اي، تامين و حفاظت، پاسخگويي به موقع، اعلام خطر به موقع، سرعت و دقت عمل به عنوان عوامل موثر بر چابك سازي سازمان‌هاي نظامي ج.ا.ا هستند
چكيده لاتين :
The current paper reviews the determination of effective elements on agility making of military organizations of the I.R. of Iran (with view to future threats).
So, after reviewing theoretical views concerning agility definitions, agility components, characterization of agile organizations, agility in human force and information technology areas, it reviews 8 evidences of agility in the armies of the world.
Then, conceptual model of research based on conducted studies has been designed and its features within framework of a 71-question questionnaire in statistical sample was sent.
The type of present research is Field-case one, the general statistical society was 527 that after sampling in category random methodology, it included 174. Also, the views of 15 military experts in full-counting methodology have been used.
Findings indicate that respectively 7 infrastructural elements of agility including: domestic military technology, knowledge production, organizational flexibility, the type of organizing, systems and procedures, strategic perspicacity and preparation of human force in addition to 9 elements of agility potential including: exact and on time reaction, physical and spiritual preparation, continuation of supporting, all- out view, vocational preparation, protection and maintenance, on-time accountability, on-time risk alert, speed as well as carefulness are considered as effective elements on agility making of military organizations of the I.R. of Iran with view to future threats.
