كشف و تبيين نظرات امام خميني(ره) رهبر انقلاب اسلامي در خصوص موضوعات امنيتي مسيله مهمي است كه بايد بدان پرداخت. تبيين محيط امنيت، از نظر رهبر كبير انقلاب اسلامي، ماموريت اين مقاله است تا بعد از گذشت سه دهه از آغاز حيات اين نظام، با تحقيق عميق و مطالعه دقيق به بررسي كليه سخنان، پيام‌ها، احكام، آثار و... رهبري آن، امام خميني(ره)، در طول ده سال مديريت نظام (طي سال‌هاي57 تا 68) بپردازيم و با تحليل محتوا به پاسخ پرسش و ابهام مذكور دست يابيم. پس از دو سال تحقيق و استخراج حدود 4000 برگه با استفاده از روش تحليل كمّي و كيفي، تحليل محتوا و توصيفي آنها، و نظرخواهي از نخبگان(طوفان مغزي) يافته هاي مهمي به دست آمد كه در اين مقاله آمده است و ماحصل آن چنين است: محيط امنيت در بيانات امام به ترتيب بيشترين؛ داخلي و كشوري با 76% است و سپس امنيت كشورهاي اسلامي با حدود 11% و امنيت محلي با 7% و امنيت جهاني با حدود 5% در مراحل بعد قرار دارد. امنيت منطقه‌اي و مرزي و شهري و روستايي نيز هر يك كمتر از 1% است و محيط محيطي مطلوب و آرماني ايشان را مي‌توان؛ ملي و مرزي50%؛ كشورهاي اسلامي، محلي و منطقه‌اي فراملي هر يك20% جهاني و بين‌المللي و شهري هر يك 10% و روستايي5% دانست

The revelation and explanation the views of leader of Islamic revolution late Imam Khomeini (M.H.S.R.I.P) regarding security issues which after continued campaigns from 1963 to victory time of revolution in Feb, 11, 1979 and directing the I.R. of Iran system, despite superpowers will and their domination, continued its life from past three decades till now and created eye catching and deep changes in the world is an important issue that needs to be reviewed. Explaining the security environment in view of great leader of Islamic revolution is the mission of current paper to such an extent that after 3 decades from the beginning of life of this system, all statements, messages, decrees, works and … of leadership of late Imam Khomeini (M.H.S.R.I.P) during ten years of management of the country (1979-1989) be reviewed, and with analysing the content, the said question and ambiguity be answered. After two years of research and extraction of about 4000 cards, by using qualitative and quantitative analysis and content-descriptive analysis as well as requesting the views of experts (brain storm), Important findings achieved which contain in this paper and the final results are as follows: The security environment in Imam Khomeini (M.H.S.R.I.P) statements respectively in terms of highest priority are: national and country with: 76%, the security of Islamic countries with about 11%, domestic security with 7% and global security with about 5%, which are in next stages. The regional, border, rural and urban security have each less than 1% and his ideal and desirable security environment could be understood national and border with 50%, Islamic countries, regional and domestic and transnational each with 20%, International and global and urban with 10% and rural with 5%.
