بررسي مزيت‌هاي عمليات رواني در نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Reviewing the Advantages of Psychological Operations in Armed Forces of the I.R. of Iran

مهمترين هدف در عمليات رواني تحميل اراده خود بر كشور يا جمعيت آماج با هدف تامين منافع ملي است. ميزان تاثير اين نوع عمليات به محيط، شرايط، ابزار، فنّاوري، انديشهها و نگرشها بستگي دارد. لذا در شرايط كنوني و با توجه به ابزارهاي جديد با چالش هاي گوناگوني روبه‌رو هستيم كه ضرورت اقدامات متناسب را ايجاب مي كند. شناخت عوامل داخلي و خارجي از مسايل مهم در اجراي عمليات رواني اعم از پدافندي و آفندي است. مقاله حاضر با عنوان "بررسي مزيت هاي عمليات رواني در نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران" از نوع كاربردي و روش مورد استفاده موردي-زمينه اي است. در اين مقاله بر اساس ادبيات تحقيق و با استفاده از نظر صاحب‌نظران و از طريق پرسشنامه عوامل محيطي تاثيرگذار بر اجراي مطلوب عمليات رواني اعم از محيط داخلي، يعني قوت‌ها و محيط خارجي يعني فرصت‌ها احصا و پس از پالايش آنها و با استفاده از ماتريس هاي تجزيه و تحليل IFE،EFE ، IE، به بررسي مزيت ها پرداخته شده است. در نهايت با توجه به مزيت‌هاي بررسي شده راهكارها و پيشنهادهايي ارايه شده است. جامعه نمونه را صاحب نظراني تشكيل مي دهند كه از اطلاعات و تجارب كافي برخوردارند و در مسيوليت‌هاي اجرايي و تصميم گيري هاي كلان در زمينه موضوع پژوهش داراي تجارب عملي هستند.

The most important aim in psychological operations is imposing own will on target population or country with aim at maintaining national interests. The rate of impacts of such operations depends on environment, means, technology, thinkings and approaches. So, in current situation and given modern tools, we are facing various challenges which requires appropriate measures and understanding inside as well as outside elements is considered as the important issues in fulfillment of psychological operations including passive or active operations. The current paper which its main aim is «reviewing the advantages of psychological operations in the armed forces of the I.R. of Iran»is applied and its methodology is field-case type. In this research, with reliance on conducted studies, research literature and using the views of pundits as well as through questionnaire, the environmental factors impacting on favorable implementation of psychological operations including internal environment that is strong points and external environment that is opportunities were counted and after their refining and using analysis matrixes of IFE, EFE, IE, the advantages were reviewed. At the end, given the reviewed advantages, mechanisms and suggestions have been offered. The sample society is comprised of pundits who enjoy adequate experiences and information and in terms of executive authorities and macro decision making in the area of research topic, they have had practical experiences which generally shows the desirable consolidation and high credit of research.
