بررسي عوامل موثر در توان بسيج مردمي در قالب الگوي بازدارندگي همه جانبه دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در مقابل تهديد ناهمگون

Reviewing Effective Factors in the Islamic Republic of Iranʹs Public Mobilization Power in an All-Inclusive Deterrence Model Against Asymmetrical Threats

اين مقاله در حوزه مسايل دفاعي به بررسي تاثير توان بسيج مردمي در بازدارندگي همه-جانبه دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي پردازد و عوامل و شاخص هاي مرتبط با آن را ارايه مي‌كند. به منظور دستيابي به اين هدف، پس از مرور ادبيات موضوع، عوامل و شاخص هاي مربوط استخراج وچارچوب مفهومي مطالعه طراحي مي‌شود و با انتخاب نمونه از جامعه آماري شامل استادان و دانشجويان دانشگاه عالي دفاع ملي و دانش آموختگان شاغل در برخي سازمان-هاي نيروهاي مسلح، به گردآوري اطلاعات، تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و آزمون فرضيات پرداخته خواهد شد. در مرحله تحقيق، ابتدا به روش كيفي، عناصر موثر در بازدارندگي همه جانبه دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد و سپس در مرحله كمي با رجوع به جامعه نمونه ميزان تاثير عوامل احصا شده بر الگوي مذكور مورد ارزيابي واقع مي شود. اين تحقيق با روش آميخته انجام و در تجزيه و تحليل يافته ها از روش هاي توصيفي و استنباطي و در آزمون فرضيات از فرمول مجذور كا براي مشخص شدن معناداري استفاده شده است. در بررسي به عمل آمده مشخص مي شود كه سه عامل؛ آمادگي اعتقادي بسيج، آمادگي رزمي بسيج و فراگير سازي (توسعه) بسيج مردمي نقش ويژه اي در ارتقاي توان بازدارندگي همه جانبه دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در مقابل تهديد ناهمگون دارند.

The present study, in a defensive area, tries to review the power of public mobilization (Basij) in the all-inclusive defensive deterrence of the Islamic Republic of Iran and presents the factors and indices relating to that. To fulfill its objectives, the study reviews related literature, extracts related factors and indices, and provides a conceptual framework. It further selects a sample from a population made up of professors and students of the Supreme National Defense University as well as graduates, presently working in the Armed Forces, and then collects and analyses the data and tests the hypotheses. Consequently, the study qualitatively examines the factors contributing to the all-inclusive defensive deterrence and then quantitatively evaluates the extent to which the put forward factors contribute to the mentioned model. This study is conducted in a combined manner; using deductive and descriptive methods to analyse the data, and to determine the meaningfulness, it applies K quadrate formula. It was established that the three factors of ethical readiness, combat preparedness and the development of mass mobilization play a key role in improving the all-inclusive deterrence power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the face of asymmetrical threats.
