بررسي موانع موجود در سيستم حمل‌ونقل دانش‌آموزي

A review of Students Transportation (Case Study of Tabriz)

با توجه به اين‌كه در كشور ما بيش از 14 ميليون نفر دانش آموز در ايام درس و مدرسه همه روزه مسير خانه تا مدرسه و بالعكس را طي مي‌كنند و درخصوص محل و نقش دانش‌آموزان و نحوه سرويس‌دهي به آنان موانعي وجود دارد كه اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي و شناسايي موانع و مشكلات موجود در سيستم حمل و نقل دانش‌آموزشي در كلان‌شهر تبريز است. در اين مطالعه از روش پيمايي استفاده شده است و جامعه آماري آن را دانش‌آموزان، مربيان، رانندگان سرويس‌هاي مدارس و كارشناسان تصادفات تشكيل مي‌دهند. ابزار گردآوري اين مطالعه نيز پرسش‌نامه بوده است. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه خودروهاي مورد استفاده براي سرويس مدارس كلان‌شهر تبريز از انواع مختلف خودروهاي سبك، نيمه‌سنگين و سنگين تشكيل شده كه از علايم غيره مناسب دور و مناسب براي سايرين مشخص باشد، نيست.

considering that in our country more than 14 million students (according the statistic of Iran 1390) every day in school time going through from home to school and school to home there are some problems specially in transportation of students and their servicing to them. These problems affect security of traffic and controlling traffic promotion. It seems necessary to study the ways of transportation student to school and vice versa. in this research with using public opinion poll and making a questionnaire, distributing it among the students, teachers, service drivers and accident experts the best kind of the school service and condition of service drivers the best place for picking up and getting off the students, traffic signs in case of needing for immunizing in school path were examined distributing questionnaire in various cases for example in school service. The result of this research shows that the school service in our country (Tabriz metro police) consist of different vehicles and heavy weight vehicles which they don’t have a suitable distinguished signs .that can be distanced from farther distances .thereupon using the same kind of automobile as school service that is distinguishable from distance for other users is observed, and van vehicles just now using as school service moreover using as transportation vehicles. With suggesting school service system for transportation students and using expired service drivers which they have worked in educational system and instate without background. and using Inside of school or suitable place as a place for picking up and getting off the students and the school paths should be signed in case of needing for security of traffic.
