بررسي عوامل موثر بر عدم رعايت مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي توسط موتورسواران (مورد مطالعه: شهر شيراز)

Causes of Non-Compliance to Rahvar Driving rules by Motorcyclists (Case Study of Shiraz)

با توجه به آمارهاي گسترده كشته شدگان موتورسيكلت و همچنين وجود كثرت اين وسيله نقليه كشور و افزايش ميزان تخلفات و تصادفات اين وسيله نقليه موتوري، اين مطالعه به منظور شناسايي عوامل موثر بر تخلفات و ميزان تصادفات موتورسواران از ديدگاه كارشناسان در شهر شيراز تهيه و تدوين شده است. تحقيق حاضر از نوع كاربردي و به روش توصيفي–پيمايشي است. ابزار اندازه‌گيري، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته است كه از نظر روايي و پايايي در سطح قابل قبولي ارزيابي گرديد. داده ها از يك نمونه 113 نفري به روش تمام شمار از كارشناسان راهنمايي و رانندگي گردآوري شده است. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان مي‌دهد كه عوامل روان‌شناختي و فرهنگي نقش موثري در افزايش تخلفات و تصادفات موتورسواران از ديدگاه كارشناسان ندارد در حالي كه عوامل اقتصادي، اجتماعي، جمعيت شناختي و عوامل محيطي در ميزان تخلفات و تصادفات موتورسواران در شهر شيراز موثر بوده است.

Respecting the extensive statistics of motorcycle fatalities and also the plurality of this vehicle in the city of Shiraz, the rate of violations, related accidents and its importance, This Study aims to review and analyze the causes of non-compliance to Rahvar driving rules by motorcyclists from the Viewpoint of experts in the city of Shiraz. The present study is based on descriptive – survey method. Measuring instruments, comprise a questionnaire of 32 questions in which 6 indexes related to the non-compliance to Rahvar driving rules by motorcyclists were examined and in terms of reliability and validity in an acceptable level were assessed. Data collected and received from traffic experts out of a sample survey of 113 individuals or (individual motorcyclists) via total counting using single-factor descriptive statistics and chi-squared test, Spearman correlation coefficients were analyzed. The results showed that there is no relationship between psychological and cultural factors and the extent of non-observance the traffic laws. However, there is a relationship between economic, social, demographic, environmental factors and the extent of non-compliance to the traffic laws. A closer and broader investigation in provinces and also at national level as well as the study of this very issue on disobedient motorcyclists also recommended.
