مقايسه و بررسي نقش پليمرهاي طبيعي اصلاح شده و مصنوعي در گل حفاري

Comparison and Evaluation of the Role of Natural, Modified and Synthetic Polymers in Drilling Fluid

گل حفاري تركيبي است از مواد شيميايي معدني و آلي كه به شكل مايع ساخته شده و در حفاري چا ههاي نفت و گاز به كار مي رود. اين تركيب از دو فاز جامد ومايع تشكيل مي شود و طي عمليات حفاري به طور پيوسته در حال حركت در سيستم است. گل حفاري به دليل نقش هاي متعدد، در مقاطع مختلف حفاري خواص متفاوتي دارد و بايد از نظر خواص ريولوژي، رفتار مناسبي از خود نشان دهد. براي حصول رفتار مورد نظر، مواد متنوعي از جمله پليمرها به گل اضافه مي شود. امروزه در حفاري چا ههاي نفت و گاز، به گستردگي از مواد پليمري به عنوان مواد افزودني در ساختار گل حفاري استفاده مي شود. افزودني هاي پليمري به خوبي مي توانند خواص ريولوژي گل هاي حفاري را برحسب شرايط مورد نياز، بهبود بخشند و هرزروي گل در خلل و فرج سازندها در حين حفاري را كاهش دهند. به دليل اينكه امروزه پليمرها شالوده كنترل ويژگي هاي گل حفاري هستند، در اين مقاله تلاش شده تا ويژگي هاي كلي مورد نياز يك پليمر براي انجام وظيفه خاص در گل حفاري مورد بررسي قرار گيرد و به خصوصيات ساختاري برخي پليمرهاي طبيعي، اصلاح شده و مصنوعي به كار رفته در گل حفاري پرداخته شود. ضمن اينكه سعي شده اين ساختارها به طوري به وظايفي ارتباط داده شوند كه نقش و كاربرد اين پليمرها بهتر درك گردد. در آخر نيز سعي شده با ارايه نتايج آزمايش هاي انجام شده، تاثير اين پليمرها بر ريولوژي گل حفاري مورد بررسي و مقايسه قرار گيرد.

Drilling mud is a blend of mineral and organic chemicals which is made in the form of liquid and is applied in the drilling of the oil and gas wells. This combination is composed of the two liquid and solid phases and is constantly moving in the system during the drilling operation. Because of its numerous roles in the excavation different steps, this mud has a various properties; and in the respect of the rheological property, it has to show a proper behavior. To obtain this behavior, a variety of materials including the polymers are added to it. Today, in drilling the oil and gas wells, the polymeric materials are widely used as the additive materials to the mud comp osition. They can improve the mud rheological properties very well and decrease the mobility coalition while drilling. For the polymers are, toady, the foundation of controlling the drilling fluid properties, in this article, it has been attempted to study the general properties required for a polymer to perform a specific function in the drilling fluid as well as it studies the structural properties of some of the natural, corrected, and superficial polymers used in drilling fluid. It has been attempted to correlate this structures to the possible functions as the polymers’ role and function will be understood better. At the end, by presenting the experiment results, we have tried to compare the polymers influence rate on the archeology of the drilling fluid.
