The Nature of Support in All-out Defense.

در مقاله حاضر سوال اصلي تحقيق عبارت است از «سيستم پشتيباني در دفاع همه جانبه چه ماهيتي را بايد دارا باشد كه نياز يگان‌هاي دفاع ملي را در جنگ برآورده سازد؟»، نوع تحقيق كاربردي و روش آن توصيفي، همبستگي و هم‌خواني، به اين ترتيب كه با جمع‌آوري اطلاعات به روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني تاثير متغيرهاي مستقل (اثر گذار) بر متغير تابع (وابسته) مورد شناسايي قرار گرفته و با انتخاب نمونه آماري به تعداد 43 نفر از بين حدود 215 نفر خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران امور آمادي نظر خواهي انجام و با تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات واصله با استفاده از آمارهاي توصيفي و استنباطي و محاسبه مجذور كا (خي2) و آزمون پيرسون نسبت به آزمون و تاييد فرضيه‌ها اقدام گرديده كه نتايج حاصل از تحليل‌هاي آماري و محاسبات انجام شده حاكي از آن است كه ماهيت پشتيباني دفاعي در نهاد‌هاي دفاع ملي بايد از سرعت، دقت، قابليت انعطاف بالا، نوآوري و خلاقيت، حداقل فشار و تنش در امور پشتيباني دفاعي، حداقل درگيري آمادي براي فرماندهان، كوتاهي سلسله مراتب در امور آمادي، غني‌سازي شغلي، غني سازي فرهنگ پشتيباني دفاعي، همخواني با شرايط اقليمي ‌و جغرافيايي، نيل به خودكفايي و خود اتكايي برخوردار باشد و سياست‌هاي آمادي به صورت متمركز و اجرا بنا به اقتضا با تاكيد بر سيستم غير متمركز صورت پذيرد.

The main question of current paper is: what is the nature of defense supporting system in all-out defense to such degree that could meet the requirement of national defense units in the course of war? The research is applied type with descriptive, solidatory and conformity methodology. Through library and field data gathering, the impact of independent variances (effective)on subordinated variance (Dependent)was determined. And by selection of statistical model with 43people among 215 of experts and pundits of supply affairs opinion polling was carried out and the data were analyzed then, by descriptive and perceptive statistic and K Square estimation and Pearson testing the hypotheses were tested and confirmed. The concluded results of statistical analyses and related calculations show that the nature of defense supporting in national defense organizations should enjoy speed, accuracy, high flexible capability, innovation and creativity, the least pressure and tension in defense supporting affairs, the least supply involvement of commanders, shorten of hierarchy in supply affairs, job richness, richness of defense supporting culture, congruity with geographical and land conditions and achieving self- sufficiency as well as self- reliance. And supply policies in concentration and execution manners should be implemented with stress on decentralized system based on required conditions
