چكيده فارسي :
يكي از وظايف اصلي و مهم فدراسيون‌هاي ورزشي سنجش و ارزيابي عملكرد آن هاست، به طوري كه هرگونه ادامه همكاري مربيان را در سطح ملي تحت تاثير خود قرار مي‌دهد. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، مطالعه اكتشافي معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان ملي كشور است. تحقيق حاضر در دو بخش كيفي و كمّي و به روش توصيفي و پيمايشي انجام شده است. در بخش كيفي با مطالعه ادبيات تحقيق و جلسات بحث و بررسي با نخبگان، متغيرهاي اثرگذار در ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان ملي شناسايي شد. در بخش كمّي پرسشنامه‌اي با 35 سوال پاسخ بسته تهيه شد كه پنج تن از استادان دانشگاه روايي آن را تاييد و طي مطالعه اي مقدماتي ضريب‌پايايي آن به روش آلفاي كرونباخ 974/0 تعيين شد (01/0P < ). پرسشنامه در اختيار 450 نفر از استادان دانشگاه، مربيان نخبه، مديران، ورزشكاران ملي و كارشناسان ورزش فعال در فدراسيون‌هاي رتبه اول و دوم قرار گرفت. در نهايت 407 پرسشنامه تحليل شد. معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان ملي كشور متشكل از پنج عامل بود كه عبارت بودند از: توانايي‌هاي فني، توانايي‌هاي عملياتي، مهارت‌هاي ويژه، مهارت‌هاي رهبري و مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي. شاخصهاي برازش به دست آمده اعتبار مدل را تاييد كردند و بر اساس اين شاخص‌ها ساختار حاصل از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي تاييد شد. در اين مدل توانايي‌هاي فني و توانايي‌هاي عملياتي (اجرايي) بيشتر از ساير عوامل و سپس به‌ترتيب مهارت‌هاي ويژه و مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي و سپس مهارت‌هاي رهبري مربيان مورد توجه ارزيابان قرار گرفته است. در بحث توانايي‌هاي فني مربيان، بيشترين متغير اثرگذار مربوط به بهره‌گيري از تاكتيك‌ها و استراتژي‌هاي مناسب در هر مسابقه است و در باب توانايي‌هاي عملياتي و اجرايي مربيان، بيشترين متغير اثرگذار توانايي آن ها در تهيه برنامه‌هاي ويژه براي مسابقات در سطوح ملي است. همچنين هر يك از عامل‌ها، متغيرهاي تبيين كننده هر عامل و بارهاي عاملي هر متغير، مهم‌ترين عامل‌ها و مهم‌ترين نقاط قابل دستكاري براي مديران براي اثرگذاري در هر عامل، شناسايي و تعيين شدند. در مديريت حرفه‌اي و رقابتي امروز، لازم است ارزيابي كاركنان، به‌ويژه مربيان ملي سيستماتيك و مبتني بر روش‌هاي علمي باشد كه طي آن به هر متغير به اندازه بار عاملي‌اش توجه و ارزيابي مربيان را در بخش‌هاي مختلفِ وظايف آنان و بر اساس متغيرهاي مقياس ارزيابي عملكرد مد نظر قرار دهند. همچنين با بررسي ادبيات تحقيق و نظر به اينكه مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي و رهبري مربيان در مديريت و موفقيت تيم‌ها نقشي مهم ايفا مي‌كند، لازم است مديريت فدراسيون‌ها، براي توجه به عوامل فوق در نظام ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان كشور، به مهارت‌هاي ويژه و رهبري مربيان توجه بيشتري كنند.
چكيده لاتين :
One of the basic assignments in sport federations, is evaluating the elite coaches, because any continued cooperation with them is due to these results. The present study was conducted with propose of exploratory study of Iranian Elite Sport Coach Evaluation Criteria. This study was conducted on two qualitative and quantitative sections and with calibration method. In qualitative section, with literature review and interview with experts the effective variables were identified. Also In the quantitative section, a Questionnaire consists of 35 components & .974 for reliability was prepared (P < 0/01). For collecting the data, were asked 450 people as professors, and elite Athletes, Elite Coaches, and Managers with high Experience in Athletics Sport, and Experts that were active in first and second ranked federations. Due to this, 407 questionnaires were completed. After collecting the data, exploratory modeling of Iranian Elite Sport Coach Evaluation Criteria has been made. Results due to this study, there were 5 factors that have the most important at the Iranian Elite Sport Coach Evaluation Criteria. The 5 factors were Technical Skills, Practical Skills, Special Skills, Leadership Skills, and Communications Skills. Goodness’s of Fitness of the model have been accepted & then the model has accepted. In these situations Technical Skills, Practical Skills are the most consideration factors to evaluate the elite coaches. Then order Special Skills, Leadership Skills, and Communications Skills are the factors that have been noticed to evaluate. At the Technical Skills, coach’s skills in choose the best tactics, and at the practical skills, their planning is the most important for evaluating the elite coaches. Also the most important factors & variables have been identified to present for managers. The variables & loading of each to introduce each factor have been identified. In todayʹs competitive and professional management, that is necessary to use a systematic and scientific tool for evaluation and assessment the employees and especially elite national coaches. In this tool, is required to have regarded on operating variables load and the coaches roles and responsibilities. Also with regard to research and literature reviews that communication skills and leadership and success coaches in the management teams shall play an important role, managing federations need for attention to this.
