بررسي چابكي سازماني در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان‌ها

The Study of Organizational Agility in Province sport and Adolescent Organization

هدف اصلي تحقيق حاضر بررسي ابعاد چابكي سازماني در ادارات تربيت بدني استان‌هاي كشور است. جامعه تحقيق شامل كليه كاركنان ادارات كل ورزش و جوانان استان‌هاي كشور و نمونه آماري آن كاركنان اين سازمان‌ها در استان‌هاي گيلان، زنجان، فارس و چهارمحال و بختياري (326 نفر) بود كه از ميان آن‌ها 273 نفر (74/83%) در اين پژوهش شركت كردند. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه اي 62 سوالي بود كه روايي صوري و محتوايي آن را 10 نفر از استادان صاحب‌نظر دانشگاهي تاييد كردند و ثبات دروني آن نيز با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي آلفاي كرونباخ، 98/0 =r محاسبه شد. براي تعيين ابعاد اصلي پرسشنامه از روش تحليل عاملي اكتشافي همراه با چرخش متعامد استفاده شد و چهار عامل مديريت منابع انساني، مديريت كيفيت جامع، مديريت تغيير و مديريت اطلاعات و ارتباطات سازماني با 91/55% واريانس شناسايي شدند. ضمناً از ديدگاه كاركنان، مديريت كيفيت جامع (64/0±18/3) قوي‌ترين و مديريت منابع انساني (84/0±83/2) ضعيف‌ترين ابعاد چابكي ادارات تربيت بدني بودند. مديران سازمان‌هاي ورزشي با آگاهي از ابعاد و شاخص‌هاي چابكي سازماني مي‌توانند به انطباق بيشتر سازمان‌هاي ورزشي با تغييرات محيطي و بهره‌مندي از فرصت‌هاي موجود در محيط‌هاي پوياي امروزي كمك كنند و در جهت ارتقا و توسعه همه جانبه ورزش گام بردارند.

Analyzing dimensions of organizational agility in province sport and adolescent organizations was the main aim of this study. The statistical population was consisted of province sport and adolescent organizations’ staffs and statistical sample was consisted of the staffs of this kind of organization in Guilan, Zanjan, Fars, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari (326 staffs) in which 273 staffs (83.74%) participated in this research. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was comprised of 62 items that its content and face validity was confirmed by 10 expert university panels. With the use of Cronbach’s alpha score test the internal consistency of the instrument was calculated r=0.98. The exploratory factor analysis with the Varimax rotation was used to assess the main factors of the instrument and 4 factors: human resource management, total quality management, change management, and information and connection management emerged with a total of 55.91% variance explanation. Meanwhile, in staffs’ point of view, total quality management (3.18±0.64) were the most important and strong factors and human resource management (2.83±0.84) was the least important and weakest factor of organizational agility of province sport and adolescent organizations. Sport organization managers with cognition of organizational agility dimensions and criteria could help their organization to more adaptation with environmental changes and use of existing opportunity in today’s dynamic environments and step toward promotion and development of all sport settings.
