چكيده فارسي :
اين تحقيق توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي است. جهت انجام تحقيق حاضر از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اي استفاده شده است كه شامل گويه هاي مربوط به عوامل دروني و بيروني( مشتمل بر 40 سوال رتبه بندي شده در زمينه قوت ها، ضعف ها، فرصت ها و تهديدهاي ورزش همگاني ايران) مي باشد. روايي پرسشنامه مورد نظر از تكنيك دلفي و توسط تعدادي از اساتيد و كارشناسان صاحب نظر؛ و پايايي آن از روش آلفاي كرونباخ ( 887/0 = ? ) مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. نمونه آماري پژوهش 70 نفر شامل مديران فدراسيون ورزش همگاني، روساي كميته ها و انجمن هاي فدراسيون ورزش همگاني، روساي هييت هاي استان ها و اعضاي شوراي راهبردي فدراسيون ورزش همگاني بودند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها، علاوه بر شاخص هاي توصيفي، آزمون مقايسه ميانگين ها و آزمون فريدمن، از ماتريس ارزيابي دروني و بيروني نيز، استفاده شد. ضمن بررسي وضعيت موجود ورزش همگاني در حوزه هاي نيروي انساني، مربيان، آموزش، استعداديابي، زيرساخت ها و تجهيزات، داوران، امور مالي، تحقيقات، فناوري اطلاعات و بازاريابي؛ و تحليل داده ها، 10 قوت، 10ضعف، 12 فرصت و 7 تهديد عمده براي ورزش همگاني شناسايي شد. همچنين با بررسي موقعيت استراتژيك ورزش همگاني، مشخص شد كه اين ورزش بر روي محور مختصاتSWOT از لحاظ عوامل دروني در ناحيه ي قوت ها و از لحاظ عوامل بيروني سازمان در ناحيه ي فرصت ها قرار دارد. بر اين اساس استراتژي هاي« تهاجمي و توسعه اي» براي توسعه ورزش همگاني توصيه شده است. بنابراين، بهره گيري از نقاط قوت شناسايي شده مي تواند به انجام رسالت و وظايف آن كمك شاياني نمايد؛ مشروط بر اين كه در راستاي به حداقل رساندن نقاط ضعف دروني و كاهش اثرات تهديدات بيروني، و استفاده حداكثر، از فرصت هاي بيروني باشند.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is The Pathology of Strategic of Sport for all in Iran and provide development solutions based on SWOT model. This descriptive study is a survey. The present study used a questionnaire that consisted of inner and outer buoy-related factors (consisting of 40 questions ranked on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to sport for all in Iran) is. Its validity was confirmed by several professors and specialists authority and its reliability verified according to Cronbach’s alpha method (? = 0.887). The study sample consisted of 70 administrators Sport Federation, chairmen of committees and associations Sport Federation, heads of delegations and members of the Steering Council of the Federation of Sport. For data analysis, in addition to descriptive indicators, compared test and Friedman test, as well as internal and external evaluation of the matrix, was used. The study of the situation Sport For All in the areas of staffing, training, education, talent, infrastructure and equipment, referees, finance, research, information technology and marketing, and data analysis, 10 strengths, 10 weaknesses, 12 opportunities and 7 major threat to Sport For All were identified. Also review strategic position in sport became clear that this exercise on the coordinates of SWOT in terms of internal factors in the regionʹs strengths and the external factors of the area of opportunity lies. Based on this strategy of "aggressive and development" has been recommended for the development of mass sports. Therefore, taking advantage of the strengths identified can be helpful to the mission and duties, provided that in order to minimize internal weaknesses and external threats reduction, and maximum use of opportunities to be outside.
