مطالعه كيفي دلالت‌هاي معنايي غذا و تناول آن نزد زنان

A qualitative study of meaning significances of sood and eating among women

تناول غذا در كنار ابعاد فيزيولوژيك، كاركردهاي تمايزبخشي دارد و همين مسيله تناول غذا را از يك نياز جسمي به مسيله‏اي بنيادين در بيان هويت اجتماعي مبدل كرده است كه افراد به تناظر آن به بيان روايتي خاص از جايگاه و هويت اجتماعي خود مي‏پردازند. در همين زمينه، مسيله اصلي نوشتار حاضر اين است كه زنان چگونه، به ميانجي يك امر زيستي و بيولوژيك، جايگاه اجتماعي خود را بازسازيِ معنايي مي‏كنند. روش‏شناسي مطالعه حاضر كيفي است و روش مردم‌نگاري براي انجام‌دادن عمليات ميداني و براي تحليل داده‏ها از نظريه مبنايي استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصله از مصاحبه نيمه‌ساخت‏يافته با 30 نمونه زن، نشان از تغيير در رويكرد زنان متعلق به جايگاه‏هاي مختلف اجتماعي نسبت به غذا و تناول آن دارد. براي زنان مورد مصاحبه، غذا و تناول آن دلالت‏هاي معناييِ سيرشكمي، ساده‏گرايانه، كاركردگرايانه، زيبايي‏شناسانه، و سبك‏‌بخشي دارد.

Eating, as a way for Body Management reproduces a social function and meaning beyond its biological performances. Thus, it’s meaning has been transformed from a bodily need to a fundamental element in expression and narrativeness of social identity and social positions. The main question of this paper targets the ways women reconstruct and reinterpret their social positions through food and eating. Field operation of the research is conducted according to the ethnographic method. Data of research gathered through Semi-structured interview technique and the data analyzed by grounded theory. The findings, based on interviewing with 30 women informants, demonstrated fundamental changes in their lifeworld and subjective orientation to food and eating. According to their perspective, food and eating is interpreted as obviating starvation, simplicity, operational, aesthetics and Stylization significances among women.
