A Deliberation over the Role of Parents in the Philosophical Training of Children

پروژه فلسفه و كودك با هدف اصلي پرورش تفكر خلا‌قانه و مسيولا‌نه در كودكان بر آن است تا مسير جديدي در تربيت فلسفي كودك گشوده و پنجره تازه‌يي را به روي آينده‌يي پربار باز كند. اما بنظر ميرسد در اين طرح عظيم، نقش والدين بخصوص مادران بعنوان اولين و مهمترين نهاد تربيتي مغفول و مجهول مانده و شايسته است كه متوليان امر، اين مهم را مدنظر قرار داده و در معرفي اين برنامه به والدين و آشنا نمودن هرچه بيشتر آنها با اين طرح و اهداف آن سعي بليغ نمايند. روشها و راهكارهاي متعددي براي آشناسازي والدين در سطح وسيع ميتوان ارايه داد كه از جمله آنها: تهيه و تنظيم كتابهاي كمك آموزشي و توزيع آن در سطح اجتماع؛ ساختن فيلمهايي با محتواي تربيتي و پخش آن از تلويزيون؛ طراحي مسابقات تلويزيوني؛ آموزش والدين با داير كردن كلا‌سهاي تربيت فلسفي در اماكن فرهنگي و ... ميباشد.

The project of philosophy and children, which has the fostering of creative and responsible thinking in children as its main purpose, intends to introduce a new direction in the philosophical training of children and, in doing so, open a new window towards a productive future. Nevertheless, it seems that in this huge project, the role of parents, particularly mothers, as the first and most important source of education has been ignored. Therefore, it is recommended that the authorities pay attention to this point and try to introduce this project to parents and familiarize them closely with its main goals. Several methods and approaches can be employed at a large scale in order to familiarize parents with this project. In this regard, we can refer to the development of supplementary books and distributing them in society, producing some educational films and competition programs for TV, and training parents in philosophy classes in cultural centers.
