خداي متعال كه ذات بي نياز و غنيّ است، شايسته التجا مي باشد. واضح است كه انسان عاقل در هنگام احتياج دست به جانب كسي دراز كند كه براي رفع نيازش قادر باشد. در آموزه هاي قرآني خداي متعال به عنوان خالق و آفريدگار بشر، تنها پناهگاه انسان در همه امور و به خصوص در مقابله با شيطان معرفي شده است. همه انسان ها، حتي پيامبران الهي و ايمه معصومين عليهم السلام در معرض اغواي دا مهاي شيطان قرار م يگيرند، كه با توجه به آيات قرآن، اين بزرگواران نيز به خالق يكتا استعاذه كرده اند. براي مصون ماندن از دا مها و وسوسه هاي شيطاني، ايمان، توكّل و اخلاص به خداوند، از عوامل استعاذه در كلام وحي، نام برده شده است. در شناخت كلي از استعاذه، دانستن اهميت، آداب، حقيقت، اهداف، اركان و اقسام آن ضروري مي باشد، و توجّه به اين امور، در تحقق كمال آن، كمك فراواني مي كند. از جمله شروط اصلي در احاديث استعاذه، ذكر زباني همراه با توجه و معرفت قلبي به مبدا هستي است.

This article is aimed to study refuge the man to his God. The Almighty God who is needless and rich of all, apt to seek refuge, because it is clear that the wise man pray to one who is the greatest. In addition, the Almighty God as the creator and demiurge of man is the only refuge in all affairs particularly, in encounter with devil in accordance with Quran training. Mankind, even prophets and Imams are not immune to temptation of devil toil so that they also refuge alone God according to Quran. Trust on God is of penitence ritual in Quran. For recognizing the whole of penitence, understanding its importance, goals, rituals, fact, pillar, kinds and advantages is necessary and pay attention to this affairs for meeting integrity help us most. Among basic conditions in narratives about this issue, which count supreme rank of reliance, is verbal expression along with hearty attention and cognition of world origin. Narratives consider as a best guide for perception of other scientific basics and applications around this issue. Of Imams language, it is extracted whatever should reliance on and also the times, places and the ways of reliance and penitence.
