Management and Policymaking of Physical Education Faculties and Departments and Directing Studentsʹʹ Job Expectations Determining Strategy and Policy

دانشجويان اولين گروهي‌اند كه مي‌توانند در مورد آموزش‌ها و مهارت‌هاي خود اظهارنظر كنند. نظرهاي اين گروه در رابطه با سياستگذاري دولت درباره اشتغال اهميت ويژه‌اي دارد. لذا، هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي مديريت و سياستگذاري دانشكده‌ها و گروه‌هاي تربيت بدني در هدايت انتظارات شغلي دانشجويان با تحليل نظرهاي دانشجويان كارشناسي‌ارشد اين رشته بود. روش تحقيق توصيفي- پيمايشي و شيوه اجرا ميداني بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق تمامي دانشجويان كارشناسي‌ارشد تربيت‌بدني در سال تحصيلي 91-1390 بودند كه با بهره‌گيري از جدول مورگان 330 نفر به صورت تصادفي خوشه‌اي نمونه‌گيري شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته‌ بود كه پس از تعيين روايي و پايايي مورد استفاده قرارگرفت (84/0=?). از آمار توصيفي و آزمون t تك‌متغيره براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد، از نظر دانشجويان كارشناسي‌ارشد تربيت‌بدني، نقش سياستگذاري دولتي بر انتظارهاي شغلي دانشجويان در حد «زياد»، نقش سياستگذاري دولتي بر رضايت شغلي دانشجويان بين «متوسط» تا «زياد»، نقش آموزش نظري در آينده شغلي دانشجويان بين «متوسط» تا «زياد»، نقش آموزش عملي و مهارتي در آينده شغلي دانشجويان در حد «زياد»، نقش عوامل اجتماعي و فرهنگي موثر بر انتظارات شغلي دانشجويان بين «متوسط» تا «زياد» و نقش عوامل اقتصادي و معيشتي موثر بر انتظارات شغلي دانشجويان در حد «زياد» ارزيابي مي‌شود؛ همچنين، اختلاف ميانگين تمامي گويه‌هاي تحقيق با ميانگين فرضي سه، معنادار بود (05/0 > P). به‌طور كلي، نقش مديريت و سياستگذاري دانشكده‌ها و گروه‌هاي تربيت‌بدني در هدايت انتظارات شغلي دانشجويان بسيار مهم و حياتي است. در پايان، با عنايت به يافته‌هاي پژوهش، راهبرد پيشنهادي محققان به مديريت و سياستگذاري دانشكده‌ها و گروه‌هاي تربيت‌بدني عبارت است از تقسيم مسيوليت در دانشكده‌ها و گروه‌ها با سه رويكرد آموزش‌محور، پژوهش‌محور و كارآفرين، به ترتيب در راستاي دستيابي به مرزهاي علوم ورزشي در جهان، حرفه‌اي كردن علوم از طريق افزايش كيفيت آموزش عالي در رشته تربيت‌بدني، و كارآفريني و حل بحران بيكاري با اختصاص تسهيلات خوداشتغالي به دانشگاهيان كارآفرين حوزه ورزش. سياست‌هايي نيز براي دستيابي به راهبرد پيشنهادي ارايه شده است.

Management and policies governing on education in educational faculties and departments are among the influencing factors in gaining ability and job preparation of graduated students. In addition, the studentsʹ perspectives, as the goal population, are taken into consideration in shaping the job expectations. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to examine the role of management and policymaking of physical education faculties and departments in directing the job expectations of students via analyzing their postgraduate studentsʹ perspectives. The method of this study was descriptive-survey conducted based on field study approach. The statistical population of the research consisted of all postgraduate physical education students studying in 2011-2012. Applying Morgan Formula, 330 subjects have been randomly selected among this population through cluster sampling. The research instrument consisted of a researcher-made questionnaire that has been distributed among respondents after ensuring its validity and reliability (?=0.84). Descriptive statistics and Univariate t-test have been utilized to analyze the collected data. The results of the study showed that the respondents evaluated the role of governmental policymaking in their job expectations and job satisfactions "high" and "moderate" to "high" respectively. In addition, the findings showed that the role of theoretical training in their future career is between "moderate" to "high", while the role of practical and skills training in their future career is "high". The findings also indicated that the effects of social and cultural factors as well as economic and living factors on studentsʹ job expectations were evaluated to be "moderate" to "high" and "high" respectively. It was also demonstrated that the mean disparity of all research items with the hypothetical mean of three has been meaningful (P < 0.05). In general, the role of management and policymaking of physical education faculties and departments is very important and vital. Regarding the findings of this study, the strategies suggested by researchers to the curriculum planners and educational content suppliers in postgraduate degree of physical education in respect to shifting the orientation of current educational systems from training-based system towards research-based system, and research-based courses towards making skills and entrepreneurship environments is according to the provided strategies.
