بررسي رابطه سرمايه اجتماعي و توسعه پايدار در ايران (كاربردي از مدل روبرت فوآ)

مسايل محيط زيستي به ويژه «تغييرات آب و هوايي» به دليل افزايش انتشار گازهاي گلخانه‌اي در چند دهه اخير، به مسيله‌اي جهاني تبديل شده، به طوري كه امروزه آلودگي به صورت يك چالش مديريتي براي كشورها مطرح است. با توجه به نقش و اهميت سرمايه‌هاي اجتماعي و آگاهي‌هاي مردم در مورد آثار محيطي فعاليت‌هاي بشر در مقابله با مشكلات محيط زيستي، هدف اين مقاله پاسخگويي به اين سوال است كه آيا رابطه‌اي بين سرمايه اجتماعي و رفتارهاي مسيولانه حامي محيط زيست وجود دارد؟ در اين پژوهش، براي سنجش سرمايه اجتماعي از شاخص فوكوياما استفاده شده است، در ابتدا با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي، شاخص معرف سرمايه اجتماعي در ايران طي دوره (90-1363) محاسبه و در مرحله بعد با استفاده از فرايند خود توضيح برداري با وقفه‌هاي گسترده (ARDL) وجود رابطه بلندمدت بين سرمايه اجتماعي و محيط زيست مورد آزمون قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از مطالعه تجربي نشان مي‌دهد كه در دوره مورد مطالعه سرمايه اجتماعي داراي اثر مثبت و معنادار بر محيط زيست است و بين مولفه‌هاي سرمايه اجتماعي و سلامت محيط زيست، رابطه مستقيم و قوي وجود دارد.

Environmental issues, especially "climate change" due to the increase in greenhouse gas emissions in recent decades has become a global issue, so that today the pollution remains a challenge for countries. Given the importance of social capital and public awareness about the environmental impact of human activities on environmental problems confronting, aim of this paper is to answer the question that is there a relationship between social capital and environmental practices? In this study, we used Fukuyama index as a measurement of social capital. Initially, using factor analysis, social capital index is calculated for the period (1984-2011) and then using the Auto Regressive Distributed Lags (ARDL) model, long-term relationship between social capital and the environment has been tested. The results of the study show that in the period, social capital has a positive and significant effect on the health of environment and there is a strong relationship between environment and components of social capital.
