بررسي اثر فشار جزيي اكسيژن بر تشكيل ريخت‌هاي مختلف نانوساختارهاي اكسيد روي ساخته‌شده با پلاسماي DC

An Investigation of Partial Pressure of Oxygen on Formation of Different Morphologies of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles, Fabricated by DC Plasma

در اين تحقيق، ريخت‌‌هاي مختلف نانوذرات اكسيد روي با استفاده از ايجاد پلاسماي DC در اتمسفر اكسيژن خالص ساخته شدند. براي بررسي اثر فشار جزيي (جمعيت اتم‌هاي) اكسيژن در زمان شكل‌گيري نانوذرات اكسيد روي و هم‌چنين فشار اتمسفر ساخت، نسبت‌هاي مختلف گازهاي اكسيژن و آرگن به عنوان اتمسفر ساخت، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تغيير ريخت نانوذرات اكسيد روي با استفاده از تغيير نسبت گازهاي تشكيل‌دهنده‌ي مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. ريخت و ساختار نانوذرات ساخته‌شده با استفاده از XRD و SEM مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. مقايسه‌ي نتايج نشان دادند كه ريخت نمونه ها به طور مشخص توسط جمعيت اتم‌هاي اكسيژن حاضر در زمان ساخت (فشار جزيي اكسيژن) تعيين مي‌شود. هم‌چنين اين مطالعه نشان داد فشار كل اعمالي در محدوده‌ي فشارهاي مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش، تاثير كم‌تري در شكل نهايي نانوذرات دارد.

In this study, different morphologies of zinc oxide nanoparticles were fabricated by creating DC plasma in pure atmosphere of oxygen. In order to investigate the effects of partial pressure of oxygen (population of oxygen atoms) at the time of nanoparticles formation and also the effects of atmosphere pressure of fabrication, different ratios of mixed atmosphere of oxygen and argon were used. The structure and morphology of fabricated nanoparticles were determined by the use of XRD and SEM. Comparison of the results showed that the morphology of nanoparticles would be defined by population of oxygen atoms at the time of synthesizing. This study also revealed that the exerted pressure in the limit of pressures which was used in this study has a less important effect on final shape of nanoparticles.
