تاثير بصيرت در پيشگيري حفاظتي چكيده خاصيت بصيرت اين است كه از فطرت انسان پرتو افشان مي شود و اگر منبع الهي آن- فطرت- زنده به گور نشود و غبار آلودگي ها و تيرگي هواهاي نفساني آن را نپوشاند، همواره چشم بصيرت باطن، پر فروغ خواهد بود. با تعمق در حوزه پيشگيري حفاظتي، مي‌بايست به منظور اثربخشي بيشتر؛ شيوه هاي پيشگيري حفاظتي را همراه با راهكارهايي ملحوظ نظر قرار داد كه با تجلي و تعميق بصيرت، گرايش به انحراف كاركنان نيروي انتظامي از هنجارهاي سازماني جلوگيري نموده و هم‌زمان كاربست لازم براي ايجاد سازوكاري كه مانع از ارتكاب خطا، غفلت و خيانت كاركنان مي شود را نيز فراهم آورد. تدوين و تبيين تاثير بصيرت در پيشگيري حفاظتي، در راستاي ارتقا بصيرت، موجب مي‌گردد تا ارزش‌ها و هنجارهاي سازماني در عمق وجود و باطن ذات يكايك كاركنان رسوخ نموده و ما را در رسيدن به اهداف پيشگيرانه حفاظتي خود، ياري رساند. يكي از موثرترين عوامل رشد و بقاي فرهنگ پيشگيري حفاظتي و سازگاري كاركنان و سازمان با تغييرات محيطي ناثواب و مقابله با آنان، رشد و توسعه بصيرت كاركنان است. در اين راستا به زعم محقق، لازم و ضروري است كه ابتدا تاثير بصيرت در پيشگيري حفاظتي مورد سنجش قرار گرفته، تا بتوان در اين خصوص و چگونگي آن بهتر اتخاذ تصميم نمود. لذا هدف از انجام اين تحقيق اين است كه به بررسي و شناسايي تاثير بصيرت در راستاي دستيابي به اهداف پيشگيرانه حفاظتي پرداخته و محقق در راستاي اين هدف به دنبال پاسخ‌دهي به اين مسيله اساسي است كه تاثير بصيرت در پيشگيري حفاظتي چيست؟ يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه بصيرت در رسيدن به اهداف پيشگيرانه حفاظتي در دو حوزه صيانت از كاركنان و تربيت كاركنان، نقش بسيار مهمي را ايفا نموده و تاثير به سزايي دارد.
