اعمال نفوذ و قدرت رهبران آن‌ها را در جهت هدايت و رهبري پيروانشان كمك مي‌كند. رهبري تحول‌آفرين سازمان‌ها، با به‌كارگيري هوش سياسي، باعث كارايي و رسيدن به اهداف سازماني مي‌شود. رهبران تحول‌آفرين، با هوشمندي زياد خود، بقاي سازمان‌ها را در محيط پرتلاطم امروزي حفظ مي‌كنند. هوش سياسي هوشي است كه رهبران مي‌توانند، با استفاده از آن، اعمال نفوذ را براي تغييرات مناسب در سازمان ممكن كنند. هوش سياسي يكي از مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي است كه رهبر تحول‌آفرين بايد آن را به‌درستي بشناسد و در تغييرات سازماني براي اثربخشي بيشتر استفاده كند. در اين مقاله، ضمن تشريح رهبري تحول‌آفرين و هوش سياسي، ابعاد هوش سياسي در سازمان شناسايي شده است. در جمع‌آوري مطالب از روش كتابخانه‌اي استفاده شده است. سپس روش اكتشافي الگويي از رهبري تحول‌آفرين مبتني بر هوش سياسي عرضه شده است. رهبران تحول‌آفرين سازمان‌ها، در كنار مولفه‌هاي اساسي تحول‌آفريني شامل نفوذ آرماني، انگيزه الهام‌بخشي، ترغيب ذهني و ملاحظات فردي، بايد به تقويت بُعد جديدي ديگر به نام هوش سياسي توجهي ويژه كنند و، با شناسايي ابعاد آن، زمينه هدايت سازمان‌ها را در دنياي پيچيده رقابت امروزي فراهم نمايند.

Organizations transformational leadership using political intelligence resulted in efficacy and accomplishment of organization targets. Transformational leaders with much intelligence have preserved organization in today much turbulent environment. political intelligence is the intelligence by which leaders can influence appropriate changes in organization. Political intelligence is one of social tools that transformational leaders should understand it properly and use it in organization changes more efficiently. In this article political intelligence and transformational leadership explained and political intelligence dimensions in organization are recognized. Library methodology is used to collect data. Then a method of heuristic Model based on political intelligence is introduced. Organizations transformational leadership in addition to transformational principle factors such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration should focus on reinforcement of another new dimension called political intelligence and by recognition of its dimensions should pay the way for guidance of organization in today competition complicate world.
