برازش معادله رگرسيوني مديريت دانش و اثربخشي سازماني در سازمان هاي ورزشي منتخب كشور

The Fit of Regression Equation of Knowledge Management and Organizational Effectivenss in Iran Selected Sport Organizations

هدف از اين پژوهش برازش معادله رگرسيوني مديريت دانش و اثربخشي سازماني در سازمان هاي ورزشي كشور براي تعيين تاثير فرايندهاي مديريت دانش بر اثربخشي سازماني است. جامعه آماري تحقيق، تمام مديران ستاي وزارت ورزش و جوانان، هيات اجرايي كميته ملي المپيك، مديران ستادي آكادمي ملي المپيك و هيات رييسه فدراسيون هاي برتر ورزشي بود كه حجم نمونه تمام شمار و برابر با حجم جامعه (150 نفر) تعيين شد. اين تحقيق توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بوده و به شكل ميداني اجرا شده است. روايي محتوايي ابزار تحقيق با مطالعه مباني نظري تحقيق و با استفاده از نظر استادان و متخصصان لحاظ شد و پايايي آن نيز از طريق آزمون ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسشنامه مديريت دانش (88/0=?) و اثربخشي سازماني (83/0=?) محاسبه شد. براي تجزيه وتحليل داده ها از روش آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد. بين مديريت دانش و فرايندهاي آن با اثربخشي سازماني در سازمان هاي ورزشي كشور رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد و از بين فرايندها انتقال دانش بيشترين ضريب همبستگي و ثبت و ضبط دانش كمترين ضريب همبستگي را با اثربخشي سازماني نشان دادند (86/0=r، 01/0=p). همچنين نتايج رگرسيون چندمتغيره نشان داد كه 756/0 درصد از واريانس اثربخشي سازماني مربوط به فرايندهاي مديريت دانش است (01/0P < ، 756/0=R2) و به ترتيب به كارگيري دانش، ثبت و ضبط و كسب دانش و انتقال دانش بيشترين اهميت را در پيش بيني تغييرات اثربخشي سازماني دارند (01/0P < ). براساس يافته هاي پژوهش، طراحي ساختار دانش مدار در تمام سطوح سازمان هاي ورزشي كشور در بهبود وضعيت اثربخشي اين سازمان ها موثر خواهد بود و در اين راستا مديران ستادي به عنوان توليدكنندگان و سرمايه هاي ملي دانشي نقش مهمي برعهده دارند.

The aim of this study was to fit regression equation of knowledge management and organizational effectiveness in Iran sport organizations to determine the effect of knowledge management processes on organizational effectiveness. The statistical population consisted of all staff managers of the Ministry of Sport and Youth, executive board of National Olympic Committee, staff managers of the National Olympic Academy and board of directors of premier sports federations. The sample size equaled the population size (n=150). This search was descriptive correlation and was conducted as field. The content validity of the questionnaires was determined by the theoretical foundations of the research and professors and expertsʹ viewpoints and the reliability through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for knowledge management questionnaire (?=0.88) and organizational effectiveness (?=0.83). The descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and its processes and organizational effectiveness in Iran sport organizations. Knowledge transfer had the high correlation coefficient while knowledge record had the lowest correlation with the organizational effectiveness (r=0.86, p=0.01). The multivariate regression results showed that 0.765% of the variance in organizational effectiveness was related to the knowledge management processes (p < 0.01, R2=0.756) and knowledge application, record, acquistion and transfer had the greatest importance in the prediction of changes in organizational effectiveness (p < 0.01). The findings of this research showed that the design of a knowledge-oriented structure at all levels of Iran sport organizations improves the effectiveness of these organizations. In this regard, staff managers as knowledge producers and national knowledge investment play an important role.
