شناسايي و اولويت بندي صلاحيت‌هاي اثربخش مدرسان از ديد دانشجويان با استفاده از روش‌هاي اي اچ پي و تاپسيس

Identification and prioritization of teachers’ effective qualifications from the students’ perspectives by using AHP and TOPSIS methods

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسايي و اولويت بندي صلاحيت‌هاي اثربخش مدرسان از نظر دانشجويان با استفاده از روش‌هاي اي اچ پي و تاپسيس است. روش پژوهش توصيفي ـ پيمايشي و جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانشجويان مقطع كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه شاهد در سال تحصيلي 91 ـ 90 يعني 1182 نفر بوده است. از اين تعداد 291 نفر از طريق نمونه‌گيري ساده با استفاده از فرمول كوكران براي جامعه محدود انتخاب و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در سه بخش فني، حرفه‌اي و فردي تهيه و از طريق مصاحبه با اساتيد و خبرگان روايي آن به دست آمد و آلفاي كرونباخ اي اچ پي 0.783 و تاپسيس 0.849 محاسبه گرديد. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه دانشجويان به ترتيب صلاحيت‌هاي حرفه‌اي، فني و فردي را در اولويت اول تا سوم خود برگزيده‌اند. همچنين نتايج نهايي رتبه بندي در مورد 17 معيار مورد بررسي به گونه‌اي بود كه از نظر دانشجويان معيار «توانايي تفهيم مطالب به دانشجويان» به عنوان اولويت اول و معيار «وضع ظاهري مدرس» به عنوان اولويت آخر انتخاب شد.

The aim of this study was to identify and prioritize the teachers’ effective qualifications from the students’ perspectives by using AHP and TOPSIS methods. The study method was descriptive - survey research and the population was consisted of 1182 university graduate students in 2011-12 academic year. 291 students were selected by simple sampling method. The results showed that students were considered professional, technical and interpersonal qualifications as a lecturer as their first three priorities. The validity was confirmed by the experts and calculated by using the Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient of HPV and TOPSIS as 0.783 and 0.849, respectively. The final results of the rankings on 17 criteria were reviewed in order to measure the ability of the students for understanding the content of first priority. The criterion of "the teacher appears" was allocated as the last priority. The most weight was assigned to "ability to understand the content by the students", "scientific literacy" and "research literacy".
