خالص‌سازي و تعيين ساختمان تركيبات موجود در عصاره كلروفرمي قسمت‌هاي هوايي گياه Ferula hirtella

Purification and Structured Term in Ation of Compounds in Chloroform Extract of the Aerial Parts of the Plant Ferula hirtella

مقدمه:جنس كما (Ferula) از جمله جنس‌هاي پرجمعيت خانواده چتريان است كه بيش از 130 گونه در جهان دارد و از اين بين، 30 گونه در ايران يافت مي‌شود. گياهان متعلق به اين جنس داراي خواص دارويي بوده و در طب سنتي مورداستفاده قرار مي‌گرفت. هدف: اين پژوهش به منظور خالص‌سازي و تعيين ساختمان تركيبات موجود در عصاره كلروفرمي قسمت‌هاي هوايي گياه Ferula hirtella انجام گرفت. روش بررسي: در اين تحقيق گونه F. hirtella از رويشگاه طبيعي خود واقع در آباده فارس جمع‌آوري شد. عصاره كلروفرمي قسمت‌هاي هوايي اين گياه استخراج شد و سپس خالص‌سازي با ستون كروماتوگرافي انجام گرفت. نتايج: با انجام كروماتوگرافي ستوني براي اولين بار از عصاره كلروفرمي F. hirtella دو كومارين به نام فارنسيفرول C (Farneciferol C) و آملي‌پرنين (Umbelliprenin) و يك استروييد به نام B- استيگماسترول (B-stigmasterol) جداسازي شد و شناسايي آنها با استفاده از داده‌هاي طيفي 1H NMR و 13C NMR انجام گرفت. نتيجه‌گيري: عمده تركيبات عصاره كلروفرمي قسمت‌هاي هوايي گياه F. hirtella از دسته كومارين‌ها مي‌باشند و B- استيگماسترول براي اولين بار در عصاره كلروفرمي اين گونه به دست آمد.

Background: Ferula is a genus of about 130 species of flowering plants in the family Umbelliferae, of which 30 species are found in Iran. Many species of this family possess medicinal qualities and have long been used in traditional medicine. Objective: This research aims to isolate, separate and determine the structure of the compounds found in the chloroform extract of the aerial parts of Ferula hirtella. Methods:We collect F. hirtella form the site of its natural habitat in ?b?de, Fars Province. The chloroform extract of the aerial parts is derived and then mixture separation using Column chromatography is performed. Results: Using Column chromatography purification methods, we were able to separate, for the first time, two coumarins, Farneciferol C and Umbelliprenin, and a steroid compound, B-stigmasterol from the chloroform extract of the F. hirtella which were identified using C NMR and H NMR spectral data. Conclusion: A majority of the compounds found in the chloroform extract of the aerial parts of F. hirtella are coumarins. Separation of B-stigmasterol from the chloroform extract of this genus was achieved for the first time.
