نگهداري بهره‌ور فراگير (TPM) و مدل‌‌هاي تلفيقي آن با فنون و نظام‌‌هاي كيفيت

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and its Integrative Models with Quality Techniques and Systems

امروزه، موسسات متعددي از نگهداري بهره‌ور فراگير (TPM) و فنون و نظام‌‌هاي كيفيت به‌منظور ارتقاي سطح عملكرد فرايند‌هاي توليدي خود بهره مي‌گيرند. اين درحالي است كه استفاده منحصر به‌فرد هر يك از روش‌‌هاي مذكور نمي‌تواند موجب بقا يا رشد سازمان‌‌ها شود. در اين مقاله ضمن تشريح ارتباط ميان نگهداري، كيفيت و عملكرد نظام‌‌هاي توليدي، آخرين دستاورد‌هاي علمي‌در زمينه مدل‌هاي تلفيقيTPM و فنون و نظام‌هاي كيفيت نظير TQM ، JIT ، TQC ، EFQM و LETQMEX معرفي شده است. مزيت‌ها و محدوديت‌هاي روش ‌هاي تلفيقي از موارد ديگري است كه در اين مقاله مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. از نتايج اين تحقيق چنين به نظر مي‌رسد كه TPM از اصول ضروري براي رسيدن به اهداف نهايي نظام‌هاي توليدي به شمار مي‌آيد و به دليل رابطه نزديك آن با نظام‌ها و فنون كيفيت، نبايد به طور مجزا و به تنهايي مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

Today various firms benefit from TPM, quality techniques and systems in order to improve performance levels of their production processes. Using each of such approaches individually could not ensure the survival or growth of organizations. In this article, the relationship between maintenance, quality and performance of production systems has been described. Also, recent scientific innovations on integrative models of TPM with quality techniques and systems, such as TQM, JIT, TQC, EFQM, LETQMEX, etc. are demonstrated. Advantages and limitations of the integrative approaches are other issues, which are discussed. With respect to the conclusions derived from the article, it seems that TPM is the necessary basis for achieving ultimate objectives of the production systems, and due to its close relationship with quality techniques and systems; it should be adopted neither separately, nor individually.
