راهكارهاي نوين براي آموزشگران به‌منظور كاربرد فناوري‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات در آموزش علوم

Introducing New Strategies to use ICT in Science Education for Instructors

علوم مهندسي از جمله علومي است كه با پيشرفت و توسعه هر كشور ارتباط تنگاتنگي دارد. بررسي‌هاي انجام شده نشان مي‌دهد كه كشورهاي پيشرفته علي‌رغم تلاش گسترده‌شان نتوانسته‌اند افراد زيادي را در داخل كشور به اين رشته‌‌هاي علوم مهندسي ‌و نيز علوم پايه جذب كنند. تحليل‌هاي انجام شده نشان مي‌دهد كه يكي از دلايل اين امر، روش‌هاي آموزش علوم به خصوص در دوران قبل از دانشگاه است. از سوي ديگر، مطالعات انجام شده تيمز نيز بيانگر بعضي از واقعيت‌ها در بار‌ه وضعيت نامطلوب شيو‌ه‌هاي آموزش علوم در بسياري از كشورها از جمله كشور ايران است. عده‌اي از صاحبنظران معتقدند كه براي بهبود بخشيدن به وضعيت فعلي علوم بايد روش‌هاي متفاوتي براي تدريس و سازماندهي برنامه‌هاي درسي جستجو كرد. يكي از اين راه‌ها توجه به فناوري‌هاي آموزشي و كاربست فناوري‌‌هاي نوين در آموزش است. نتايج پژوهش‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه براي ايجاد تغيير و تحول در آموزش علوم، بهره‌گيري از فناوري‌ها در تمام مراحل ياد دهي ـ يادگيري بايد به منزله يك اصل تلقي شود و براي تامين فناوري‌ها پيش‌ بيني‌هاي لازم به عمل آيد. از سوي ديگر، ارتباط‌هاي آموزشگر و فراگير بايد از ارتباط‌هاي يك سويه به برقراري ارتباط‌هاي چند سويه سوق داده شود. اين نقش هنگامي به خوبي ايفا مي‌شودكه آموزشگران و فراگيران توانايي لازم براي بهره گيري از اين فناوري‌ها را داشته باشند و به تاثير فناوري بر اثر بخشي تدريس و يادگيري اعتقاد و ايمان داشته باشند؛ در غير اين صورت بهره‌گيري از اين فناوري‌ها اثربخش نخواهد بود. لذا، با ارايه راهكارهايي در اين مقاله، آموزشگران مي‌توانند از ضعف خود در اين زمينه آگاه شوند و در صدد رفع آن برآيند. در اين مقاله با بهره‌گيري از نتايج پژوهش‌هاي انجام شده، در باره مطالبي مانند: اهميت بهره‌گيري از فناوري، نقش فناوري در تدريس و يادگيري علوم و موانع بهره‌گيري از آن بحث و توصيه‌هايي درخصوص چگونگي بهره‌گيري از فناوري در آموزش علوم بيان شده است.

There is a close relationship between growth and development of each country with engineering sciences. The findings of many researches in this field indicate that in spite of many countriesʹ interest and extended effort for absorbing students to engineering and basic science, a small number of students entered these fields. Meta analysis of the research indicates that one of the main reasons for this issue is the method of science teaching before entering university (school and high school). On the other hand, studies by Teems group confirm the unfavorable science teaching methods in many countries, especially in Iran. Some experts believe that for improving the current situation of science, we should examine different methods for organizing content and teaching it. One of these approaches is to pay attention to new technologies and try to use them in teaching process. Research findings indicate that for making a new revolution and change in teaching of science, the use of technology should be considered as a principle in whole process of teaching and learning. In addition, one way of communication between teacher and students should be changed info mutual way. For providing essential technologies, funds should be provided, too. Performing this new role requires that instructors and students have capability for using technologies and believe that it is effective in teaching and learning process. In other way, the use of technology would not be effective. Therefore, by presenting new strategies, instructors would be aware of their weaknesses in using new technology for averting them. With regard to the results of other research, the following issues will be discussed in this article: the importance of using technology, the role of technology in teaching and learning of science and barriers for using it. At the end, suggestions will be provided for how technology should be used in science education.
