بررسي رابطه بين رعايت توصيه‏هاي ايمني و حوادث شغلي در كارخانجات منطقه غرب استان مازندران

A Study on the Correlation between Compliance with Safety Recommendations, and Work-Related Accidents, Case Study: Comp antes Located in the Western Part of Mazandaran Province; I.R. of Iran

در شركت‌ها/كارخانجات چنان‌چه منابع و امكانات مادي دچار حادثه شوند تجديدپذيرند در حالي‌كه اگر منابع انساني دچار حادثه شوند تجديدناپذيرند لذا توجه به سلامت سرمايه انساني موجود در شركت‌ها/كارخانجات به‌طور خاص و البته ساير منابع مادي به‌طور عام، به‌منظور حذف و يا كم كردن حوادث شغلي، موضوع مهمي است كه بايد بدان توجه ويژه شود. مستند به بررسي‌ها و مشاهدات انجام‌شده در قلمرو جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر يعني كارخانجات منطقه غرب استان مازندران مشخص شده است كه علي‌رغم تاكيد و توجه مسيولين، پرسنل، رغبت چنداني به رعايت توصيه‌هاي ايمني به‌منظور جلوگيري از حوادث احتمالي مرتبط با شغل از خود نشان نمي‏دهند. لذا مساله تحقيق حاضر بررسي و تعيين وجود و يا عدم وجود رابطه بين رعايت توصيه‌هاي ايمني و حوادث ناشي از كار در قلمرو جامعه آماري است. بر اين اساس، در مقاله حاضر، با هدف دستيابي به راهكارهايي به‌منظور كاهش حوادث ناشي از كار، ضمن مروري مختصر بر ادبيات موضوعي مربوط به ايمني و حفاظت صنعتي، از ميان جامعه آماري 215 موردي تحقيق، تعداد 46 مورد به‌عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب، سپس با جمع‏آوري داده‏ها و اطلاعات (با استفاده از ابزارهاي مراجعه به اسناد و مدارك، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) لازم در قالب روش تحقيق كتابخانه‏اي و ميداني، و استفاده از نرم‏افزار آماري SPSS، به بررسي رابطه بين رعايت توصيه‏هاي ايمني و حوادث ناشي از كار در سطح جامعه آماري مذكور پرداخته شده است. نتيجه تحقيق نشان داده است كه بين اين دو متغير رابطه‏اي وجود نداشته و همبستگي بين آن‌ها بسيار ضعيف است. لذا يكي از بحثها و چالش‌هاي جدي در مورد نتايج تحقيق حاضر احتمال عدم صحت و درستي مواد مربوط به توصيه‏هاي ايمني با توجه به شرايط موجود در جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه بيان شده و ديگر اين‌كه ممكن است آموزش و تفهيم موارد ايمني به كاركنان به‌درستي انجام نشده باشد. در پايان مقاله، ضمن بيان نتيجه مذكور و جمع‏بندي، پيشنهادات مرتبط با آن و نيز ادامه و پيگيري تحقيقات مشابه در آينده ارايه شده است.

The physical resources of the firms are replaceable whenever they are damaged. However, the human resources by their nature are not capable of being substitutable if they are suffered as a result of some work-related accidents. Hence, the human capital in a safe workplace has been a matter of real concern with the aim of eliminating or reducing work-related accidents. The results of the study show that, despite the authoritiesʹ attention and their emphasis, employees are not mach eager to follow the safety recommendations enabling them avoid the likely work-related accidents. The study is to examine the likely correlation between the compliance with safety recommendations, and work-related accidents in the research population restrict. In order to find out some measures to reduce work-related accidents, the literature of the research subject, i.e. the industrial safety and security is reviewed in brief, followed by sampling a 46 out of 215-member statistical population. Under the research method adopted for the study, data and information is then collected by referring to reports and documents. Moreover, within the structures of the field research and the desk research, the interview and questionnaire served in data collection tools. SPSS software is applied to analyze the correlation between the aforesaid variables. Results indeed indicate not any significant correlation between the research variables. A serious challenge arieas about the results of the study as to the safety recommendations being not turn in the setting surrounded the population studied. The other likely reason for the unexpected results of the study is that the safety considerations are not properly realized and/ or trained. The paper ends with summarizing the results, secompanied by some recommendations draws Iran the results of the study and the proposed directions for the future researchs.
