بررسي نقش پيش‌بيني در پيشگيري حفاظتي(با رويكرد اهداف مرجع)

Examining the role of forecast in security prevention

تهديدات و آسيب‌هاي حفاظتي، ضرورت پرداختن به پيش‌بيني و برداشتن گام‌هايي جلوتر از زمان براي ايجاد آمادگي‌هاي لازم به منظور پيشگيري از وقوع حوادث و شكست‌هاي حفاظتي و مواجهه با نا امني‌هاي احتمالي آينده، پيش‌بيني و مقابله با تهديدات ضروري مي‌نمايد. در اين تحقيق تعيين نقش پيش‌بيني در پيشگيري از آسيب‌پذيري‌ها و تهديدات حفاظتي به عنوان هدف اصلي و الزامات و شيوه‌هاي پيش‌بيني در نظام‌مند نمودن اقدامات، برنامه‌ريزي‌ها و خنثي نمودن تهديدات و كاهش آسيب‌پذيري‌هاي حفاظتي به عنوان سوالات تحقيق مطرح شده است. نوع تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي با رويكرد پيمايشي جهت گردآوري داده‌ها استفاده شده است. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه 22 سوالي با تاكيد بر طيف ليكرت برگرفته از ادبيات و الگوي مفهومي تحقيق تهيه و به صورت تمام شمار در اختيار جامعه آماري قرار گرفت. پس از جمع آوري پرسشنامه‌ها، با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS، داده‌ها به صورت توصيفي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد نقش پيش‌بيني در پيشگيري از آسيب پذيري ها و تهديدات حفاظتي در حد زياد به بالا است.

Rapid speed of extensive evolutions and changes and also diversity and complexity of security threats and damages con?rms the necessity of engage in forecasting and taking early steps for making essential prepa-rations in order to prevent the happening of security failures and ac-cidents, in addition to meeting with future’s possible perils. The main purpose of this study is to determine the role of forecast in prevention of security vulnerability and threats. Necessities and methods of forecast in making actions, plantings and security vulnerability systematic, foil-ing threats and decreasing security vulnerabilities are presented as the study questions.The kind of study is practical and is done with employing descriptive- analytic method and measurement approach for collecting data. A questionnaire with emphasize on lickert spectrum, including 22 ques-tions, acquired from conceptual model and used for information col-lecting and then was given to the statistic community. After collecting questionnaires, data are examined in a descriptive way with using SPSS program. The results of the study show that the role of forecast in pre-vention of security vulnerabilities and threats is very prominent.
