ارايه الگويي براي تحليل و پيش‌بيني اطلاعات در سازمان‌هاي امنيتي

A model for analyzing and forecasting information in security organizations

تحليل و پيش بيني، قلب فرايند اطلاعات را تشكيل مي‌دهد، بنابراين يكي از بايدهاي اساسي در سازمان‌هاي امنيتي و اطلاعاتي، سرمايه گذاري در اين بخش است.چرا كه در حيات اين دستگاه‌ها، علاوه بر جمع آوري، فرايند تحليل و پيش بيني، نقش بسيار برجسته‌اي دارد. يكي از موضوعات قابل طرح در شناخت تحليل و پيش بيني، شناخت چگونگي آن و از جمله الگوهاي تحليل و پيش بيني و نحوه تكامل آن است. در اين راستا و در اين مقاله، بخشي از ساختار و الگوهاي معروف تحليل و پيش بيني از جمله الگوي سنتي، جايگزين، نوين، تركيبي و هدف محور،معرفي و سير تكامل الگوها بررسي شده است و الگو «هدف محور»به عنوان نمونه برتر براي تحليل و پيش بيني براي سازمان‌هاي امنيتي معرفي گرديده، هرچند كه بر استفاده از الگوهاي تركيبي در درون آن نيز تاكيد ويژه‌اي شده است. همچنين براي شناخت بهتر اين چند الگو، آنها را بر اساس شاخص‌هايي همچون كارايي و ثمر بخشي، هوشمند بودن، داشتن پويايي، اعتماد به نتايج حاصله از الگو و محاسن و معايب، تطبيق داده و الگو برتر معرفي شده است. روش تحقيق، توصيفي بوده و از اسناد و كتب امنيتي و اطلاعاتي جهت گردآوري اطلاعات استفاده شده است.

Analysis and forecast forms the heart of the information process, so in-vestment in this sector is one of the basic necessities in the security and intelligence organizations, because in the existence of these devices, apart from information collecting, process of analysis and forecast has a prominent role. A signi?cant issue in understanding the analysis and forecast is to understand the quality of Analysis and forecast models and also the quality of its evolution. In this regard, some of the famous structures and models of analysis and forecast, including traditional, al-ternative, modern, purpose-driven and synthesis models are introduced and their process of evolution have been studied. The “object-oriented” model has been introduced as the best model for analysis and Fore-cast of security organizations, However, the use of synthesis models within that is also emphasized specially. For a better understanding of these models, they are adjusted based on criteria such as ef?ciency, pro?tableness, being intelligence and dynamic, trusting to the resulting outcomes from the model’s advantages and then the superior model is introduced. Method of study is descriptive and security documents and books are utilized for collecting information.
