تغيير رفتار و عمليات رواني در شبكه اجتماعي مجازي فيس بوك (با تكيه برعوامل و منابع پنهان)

عمليات رواني همواره براي تاثيرگذاري بر ذهن و رفتار انسان‌هاي جامعه هدف وجود داشته، رقبا هميشه سعي كرده‌اند با تاثير گذاشتن بر عقايد و رفتار طرف مقابل، او را وادار به انجام كاري كنند كه هدف آنها را تامين نمايد. با پيشرفت علم فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات و ظهور دنياي مجازي عمليات رواني نيز متناسب با آن، تعريف و از ابزارهاي فوق در جهت رسيدن به اهداف خود بهره جست. در عصر حاضر كه عصر ارتباطات و اطلاعات مي‌باشد بهره‌برداري از فضاي مجازي در جهت تاثيرگذاري بر جوامع مختلف توسط كشورهاي استعماري رشد فزاينده‌اي يافت و به مرور زمان شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي مجازي كه اكثراً با سرمايه‌گذاري سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي آمريكا به‌وجود آمد نقش مهمي را در اين فضا برعهده گرفت. يكي از شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي پربازديد شبكه فيس‌بوك مي‌باشد كه به كمك سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي آمريكا گسترش يافته است. سازمان‌هاي فوق به كمك اطلاعات كاربران شبكه مذكور و عوامل اطلاعاتي، نسبت به انجام ماموريت‌هاي مدنظر حاكمان خود در ساير كشورها اقدام مي‌نمايند كه نمونه‌هاي بارز و موفق آنها را مي‌توان در انقلاب‌هاي مخملي جهان و فتنه 88 ايران ديد. سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي از شبكه‌هاي فوق در جهت رسيدن به اهداف خود و تغيير رفتار در جامعه هدف با استفاده از عوامل و منابع پنهان خود بهره‌برداري مي‌كنند، اين تحقيق كه به روش توصيفي- تحليلي مي‌باشد با مطالعه اسناد كتابخانه‌اي و انجام مصاحبه با نخبگان مربوطه (14 نفر) در پي پاسخ به اين سوال است كه «تغيير رفتار و عمليات رواني چگونه در شبكه اجتماعي مجازي فيس‌بوك توسط عوامل پنهان انجام مي‌پذيرد؟» يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه كليه اقدامات جهت انجام عمليات رواني موفق و تغيير رفتار جامعه هدف در اين شبكه‌ها قابل انجام است.

Psychological operation has always existed for inAuencing on mind and behavior of target society’s people and opponents have constantly tried to force the opposite side to do a thing that secure their goal with inAuencing on mind and behavior of opposite side. Along With the progress of the sci-ence of information and communication and appearance of virtual world, psychological operation has also used the aforesaid tools for obtaining his objectives. At the current time that is the time of information and communi-cation, we have seen a sharp increase in the exploitation of virtual space by colonialist countries for inAuencing on different societies. In the course of the time, social and virtual networks took on a prominent role in this space. Face book is one of most visited social networks that are developed with the help of the united state’s intelligence organizations. These organi-zations use the information of aforesaid users and intelligence agents for doing the desired missions in other countries which velvety or soft revolu-tions around the word and Iran’s 2010 conspiracy are good and successful examples of that. Intelligence organizations exploit the aforesaid networks for obtaining their objectives and changing the behavior in the target soci-ety using agents and covert resources they have. This study is done with descriptive-analytic method and studying library documents and interview-ing with the relevant elites (14 persons) are used for answering this ques-tion, “How change of behavior and psychological operation are carried out in social and virtual network of face book?” The research’s ?ndings show that doing successful psychological operation and changing the behavior of target society in these networks is possible.
