كاركردها و كژكاركردهاي بازگشت معنايي استعاره‌ها؛ مطالعه موردي مفهوم ميان‌رشته‌اي مهندسي فرهنگي

Functions & Dysfunctions of Semantic Boomerang of Metaphors: A Case Study on Disciplinary Concept of Cultural Engineering

تاكنون محققان و نظريه پردازان متعددي، سازمان را از ابعاد گوناگون، بررسي و مطالعه كرده اند. بر اساس اين مطالعات، انگاره ها و تصاويري از اين مهم ارايه شده اند كه از معروف‌ترين آنها انگاره هايي است كه در آثار «گرت مورگان» و «ماري جو هچ» طراحي و پيشنهاد شده اند. در اين مقاله،‌ به طور اجمالي كاركرد استعاره ها در فراگرد كسب شناخت و نيز استعاره‌هاي سازمان، مرور مي شود و برخي از ديدگاه ها و نظريه هايي كه از بيشترين تناسب و تطابق با استعاره هاي مذكور برخوردارند، مد نظر قرار مي گيرند تا امكان طرح بحث از مفهوم «بوم‌رنگ معنايي» يا «بازگشت معنايي اسـتعاره ها» فراهم آيد و كاركردها و كژكاركردهاي تامل برانگيز آن تبيين شوند. در مطالعه موردي اين موضوع، با تمركز بر مفهوم مهندسي فرهنگي به عنوان يكي از مفاهيم نشات گرفته از بازگشت معنايي استعاره‌ها، به تبيين چگونگي بازگشت معنايي استعاره و پديد آمدن اين مفهوم در ادبيات سياستگذاري فرهنگي كشور پرداخته شده است. اين مقاله از جهت دستاورد يا نتيجه تحقيق از نوع بنيادي و از لحاظ هدف از نوع اكتشافي و به لحاظ نوع داده‌هاي مورد استفاده، كيفي است. روش آن از نوع مطالعات موردي است. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، اسناد و مدارك هستند كه با استفاده از منابع مختلف، داده‌هاي لازم، جمع‌آوري و با روش تحليل مقايسه الگوها، داده‌ها تحليل شده‌اند.

Numerous researchers and theoreticians have attempted to study and investigate various respects of the organization. Based on these studies, different ideas and images have been offered on this concept, the most important of which are the pictures depicted and offered in the works of "Garreth Morgan" and "Mary Joe Hatch". In this study, the function of metaphors in the process of cognition is examined, organization metaphors are briefly reviewed, and some theories and views which are mostly in accordance with the mentioned metaphors are considered. Finally, the possibility for discussions on the concept of "semantic boomerang" or "semantic return of metaphors" is provided and its considerable functions and dysfunctions are examined. In the case study, by focusing on the cultural engineering as a derived concept of metaphors semantic boomerang, the way of metaphor boomerang and emerging this concept in Iranian policy making literature is described. This paper in terms of results is a basic research and in terms of purpose is exploratory and in terms of applied data is qualitative. The method is case study. The data gathering tool is documentary which by using different sources, necessary data have been gathered and analyzed by models comparison analysis method.
