Examining the processes and key factors and of success in Knowledge management

شرايط حاد محيطي و تهديدات فزاينده ناشي از پيدايش فناوري‌هاي نوظهور و دانشي شدن عرصه جنگ‌هاي پيشرفته، سازمان‌هاي دفاعي ـ امنيتي را بر آن مي‌دارد تا روند بهره‌گيري موثر از منابع نخبگي خود را شتاب بخشيده، همواره سطح مزيت‌هاي خود را ارتقا دهند. از اين رو، موضوع مديريت دانش در راس مزيت‌هاي راهبردي اهميت مي‌يابد. تحقيق حاضر درنظر دارد تا بر اساس مرور ادبيات و دسته‌بندي ديدگاه‌هاي انديشمندان، فرآيندهاي اصلي و عوامل كليدي موفقيت مديريت دانش را احصا نموده، به دنبال آن، در يك اقدام پيمايشي و با بهره‌گيري از تكنيك آماري آزمون دوجمله‌اي، فرضيه‌هاي مربوط به هريك از عوامل كليدي موفقيت و فرآيندهاي اصلي مديريت دانش را در جامعه آماري مورد نظر، در معرض آزمون و سنجش قرار دهد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه از ميان شش شاخص مربوط به فرآيندهاي مديريت دانش، فرآيندهاي «توليد» و «ذخيره» دانش و از ميان 9 شاخص مربوط به عوامل كليدي موفقيت، شاخص‌هاي «نوآوري»، «پاداش» و «ارزيابي عملكرد» در وضعيت مطلوب قرار ندارد.

The intense environmental conditions and the increasing threats emanating from the emergence of novel technologies and modern knowledge-based wars will force our defensive-security organizations to heavily capitalize on their intellectual resources in order to produce maximum strategic advantage. Hence, the subject of knowledge management receives the highest strategic priority in these organizations. The present article attempts to measure the status of knowledge management key success factors and processes within the context of a defensive-intelligence organization. It begins with a literature review on knowledge management and tries to present a sound classification reflecting the viewpoints of different scholars. This led to the identification of a wide-range of general knowledge management critical success factors and processes. Based on statistical technique of Binomial Test, a field study was conducted to test hypothesis regarding each particular knowledge management success factor and process in the target population. The research findings indicate that out of six knowledge management processes, the indexes of knowledge (generation) and knowledge (retention) proved to be undesirable, and also, out of nine indexes of knowledge management critical success factors, those of (innovation), (reward), and (performance evaluation) were also undesirable.
