Prioritizing of Noise Control Methods in the Hamadan Glass Company by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)

مقدمه: هدف مطالعه حاضر، اولويت بندي روش‌هاي كنترل صدا با استفاده از روش فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي(AHP) در شركت شيشه همدان بود. روش كار: مطالعه از نوع مقطعي- توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و بر اساس نظر سنجي از كارشناسان از طريق پرسشنامه و روش دلفي، چهار معيار شامل هزينه، كارايي، قابليت اجرا و عدم تداخل در فرايند و 11 گزينه روش كنترلي انتخاب گرديد. اولويت بندي گزينه ها بر اساس معيارهاي مورد مطالعه و تعيين ضرايب اهميت انجام گرفت. يافته ها: نتايج به‌دست آمده از اين تحقيق نشان داد ميزان ناسازگاري در تمام موارد كم‌تر از 10% بوده و سازگاري پاسخ‌ها مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است. بر اساس نظر كارشناسان، معيار اجرايي بودن روش (277/0) و گزينه استفاده از ديواره جداكننده كامل بين دو بخش اصلي(113/0) بالاترين اولويت را به ترتيب در بين معيارها و روش‌هاي كنترلي به دست آورده است. نتيجه گيري: به‌طور كلي در اين مطالعه الگويي از ساختار تصميم گيري بر مبناي فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي جهت تصميم گيري در خصوص كنترل صدا معرفي گرديد. اين روش مي تواند باعث بهبود فرايند تصميم گيري شود و به عنوان روش كارامد و اثر بخش در اولويت بندي روش‌هاي كنترل صدا مورد استفاده قرار بگيرد.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was prioritizing the noise control methods using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique in Hamadan glass industry. . Material and Method: This is a cross-sectional – descriptive - analytical study. According to a survey of experts by questionnaire and Delphi method four criteria were selected including cost, efficiency, executive capability and not to interfere in the process and eleven alternatives for control options. Prioritizing of the items was conducted based on the study criteria as well as the importance ranking determined in this study. . Result: The results showed all that consistently Ratios were less than 10 % and compatibility of answers has been confirmed. According to expert’s views, the criteria of executive capability (0.277) and using the barrier between the two main sections (0.111) have achieved the highest priority among the criteria and control methods, respectively. . Conclusion: In this study a pattern of decision-making structure was introduced based on Analytic Hierarchy Process for determining the method noise control. This method can improve the decision making process and prioritizing noise control methods as an efficient and effective approach.
