خطر فرمالين مورد استفاده براي كارگران كارگاه هاي پرورش ماهي در استان چهارمحال و بختياري

Formalin as an Occupational Hazard to Health Care of the Workers in the Hatcheries of Rainbow Trout Farms of Chaharmahal-va- Bakhtiari Province

فرمالين به عنوان يك ماده ضد عفوني كننده و نيز درماني در هچري هاي ماهيان قزل آلاي رنگين كمان به كار برده مي شود. در اي ن بررسي به ارز ي ابي خطرات براي سلامت كارگراني پرداخته شده است كه در هچري هاي ماهيان قزل آلاي رنگين كمان استان چهارمحال و بختي اري از فرما لين استفاده مي كنند. در اين تحقيق به سه محور مهم در 11 كارگاه مورد بررسي توجه شده است كه عبارتند از اطلاعات كلي كارگران در خصوص خطرات فرمال ين براي سلامت، ملاحظاتي كه بايد براي سلامت در هنگام بروز حادثه نشت فرمالين و يا در هنگام كار با فرمالين به آن توجه كنند و نيز ابزار و تمهيدات در نظر گرفته شده در كارگاه براي حفاظت كارگران و نيز جلوگيري از آسيب هاي محيط زيست و به خطر افتادن سلامت عمومي مردم. بررسي ها نشان داد كه در همه موارد مشاهده شده، كاربرد فرمالين از سوي كارگران هم از نظر دوز مورد استفاده، و هم از نظر به كارگيري ابزار مناسب نادرست بوده است. تنها يك مورد استفاده از دست كش مناسب ( غير لاتكسي) و 33 درصد ماسك تنفسي ساده به عنوان اولين راه حفاظت فردي مشاهده شد. اين در حالي بود كه 91 درصد از اين افراد به وجود سوزش چشم و گلو، سرفه و بي حسي در انگشتان اشاره داشته اند. آگاهي افراد / 70 درصد و 7 / به ترتيب در 100 درصد، 8 62 و 33 درصد بوده است. در هيچكدام ،16/ نسبت به سرطان زا بودن، خاصيت فيكساتوري فرمالين براي بافت ها و نيز قابل اشتعال بودن آن به ترتيب 7 از 11 كارگاه مورد بررسي براي 5 خطر عمده حوادث ناشي از فرمالين، تمهيدات لازم براي، كمك هاي اوليه و اطفاي حري ق (به جز دو مورد كپسول اطفاي حريق) تعبيه نشده بود.

Formalin is used as a therapeutic solution on the fish fertilized eggs in the hatchery of rainbow trout farms. In this research, the risk of current formalin use on the health of exposed workers in the hatcheries of rainbow trout farms of Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari prov. (the south -west of Iran) was evaluated. This report focuses on three operation authorizations basis of 11 hatcheries consists of the workers’ total information about the formalin health hazards, the necessary considerations during accidental formalin leak or considerations of the occupational individual health preservations during formalin use, and so the provided and established instruments in the hatcheries to protect the workers and reduce accidental releases harms to public and the environment. The study relies that all the workers were improperly operated formalin not only with the unnecessary dosage but also with the unsuitable (no laboratory) equipments. There is only one case of applying suitable gloves (not latex gloves) and 33 % simple mask ventilation among the users as the simplest hazard protection approaches; however 100%, 70.8% and 91.7% of them have declared irritation of the nose and throat , coughing and temperate non-sense of the fingers, respectively. The personal knowledge about carcinogenetic, tissues fixative attributes of formalin, and its flammable-combustive characteristics were 16.7%, 62% and 33 %, respectively. None of 11 farms have provided equipments for 5 predicated accidents as first medical aids and rescue for fire (except for two fire suppression chamber).There is evidence of high risk of the formalin use about ecological, public and human health because of unsuitable management system of safety basis and environmental protection requirements in the rainbow trout farms.
