تخمين كمي منابع رشد صنعتي در صنايع كارخانه اي ايران محمدقلي يوسفي* و الهه محمدي** 1392/7/ 1391 تاريخ پذيرش: 29 /11/ تاريخ دريافت: 1 با توجه به اهميت صنايع كارخانهاي ب هعنوان موتور محركه توسعه اقتصادي، شناسايي منابع رشد صنعتي از نظر سياستگذاري و برنامهريزي حايز اهميت است. در اين مقاله از مدل چنري آ نگونه كه ب هوسيله كاووسي اصلاح شده است، استفاده م يشود. دادههاي آماري مربوط به توليدات صنعتي دو رقمي و اطلاعات مربوط به ارزش واردات و صادرات براساس ISIC صنايع كارخانهاي با كدهاي به قيمت ثابت محاسبه شده است. نتيجه مطالعه نشان ميدهد، اگرچه ارتقاي صادرات SITC كدهاي در رشد توليدات صنعتي ايران در دوره يادشده مثبت بوده، اما اهميت آن در رشد توليدات صنعتي ناچيز است و جايگزيني واردات نيز منفي بوده و به معناي آن است كه واردات جايگزين توليدات داخلي شده است. به عبارت ديگر، در دوره يادشده در كشور صنعتزدايي صورت گرفته است. اين يافته، مه مترين عامل رشد توليدات صنعتي را گسترش تقاضاي داخلي نشان داده است. .O14, O24, O25, O53 :JEL طبقه بندي كليدواژه ها: صنايع كارخانهاي، جايگزيني واردات، ارتقاي صادرات، تقاضاي داخلي، تغيير ساختار تقاضا، رشد صنعتي.

A Quantitative Estimation of the Sources of Industrial Growth in Manufacturing Industries of Iran Mohammadgholi Yousefi Elahe Mohammadi Date Received: 20 Jan 2013 Date Accepted: 21 Oct 2013 Taking into account the importance of manufacturing sector as an engine of growth of the economy, efforts have been made by policymakers to establish import-substituting and export-promoting industries. In this paper we have followed Chenery Model as modified by Kavoussi to estimate the relative importance of import-substituting and export-promoting industries and the role played by domestic demand in the growth of manufacturing industries during 1375-88 (1996-2009). Our results show that while export-promotion played positive role in the growth of manufacturing industries, its relative share, however, has been insignificant. Import-substitution had negative effect on the growth of manufacturing sector, indicating that domestic production has been substituted by imports, thereby meaning that de-industrialization has taken place in Iran during this period. However, our results indicate that the main source of industrial growth in Iran was the demand expansion. JEL Classification: O14, O24, O25, O53.
