چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: اين تحقيق با هدف ارزشيابي طرح آموزش الكترونيكي در مدارس متوسطه دخترانه ناحيه 2 اراك انجام گرفت. در اين رابطه شش پرسش پژوهشي مطرح شد كه به ارزيابي اين طرح در ابعاد مختلف پرداخت.
مواد و روش‌ها: اين تحقيق توصيفي-پيمايشي و جامعه آماري را سه گروه دانش آموزان، معلمان و مديران تشكيل دادند. حجم نمونه دانش آموزان طبق جدول مورگان، 217 نفربرآورد شد و مديران و معلمان به ترتيب، 7 و50 نفر بودند كه به صورت سرشماري مورد مطالعه قرارگرفت. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و چك ليست بود. پايايي پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ با مقادير 825/0 و 933/0 محاسبه شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از شاخص هاي آمار توصيفي"فراواني و درصد" و آمار استنباطي از آزمون ?2 استفاده شد.
نتايج: تاثير آموزش الكترونيكي بر بهبود فرآيند ياددهي-يادگيري از نظر دانش آموزان، معلمان و مديران به ترتيب، 5/41، 43 و 83 درصد در حد خوب و خيلي خوب بوده است. 7/34 درصد از معلمان اصلا از آموزش الكترونيكي استفاده نمي كنند. مهارت رايانه اي معلمان از نظر دانش آموزان و معلمان به ترتيب 6/29 و 9/15 درصد در حد كم و مديران 3/14 درصد در حد متوسط ارزيابي گرديد. تجهيزات و امكانات سخت افزاري از نظر دانش‌آموزان و دبيران به ترتيب، 8/28 و 5/24 درصد در حد كم و مديران 38 درصد در حد متوسط بوده است.
نتيجه‌گيري: به منظور بهبود روند اين روش آموزش انتظار مي رود ،تجهيزات سخت افزاري و نرم افزاري طبق استانداردها اصلاح گردد و مهارت رايانه اي مورد نياز معلمان افزايش يابد.

Introduction: This study aims at evaluating the e-learning in female secondary schools of Arak district two.
Materials & Methods: The required number of the sample was calculated using the Morganʹs table, which was 217 for students, 7 for school administrators, and 50 for teachers. Data collection was done using a researcher designed questionnaire and a check list. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient values of 0.825 and 0.933 respectively. Data analysis was done applying descriptive statistical indices of: frequency, percentage, and c2 test.
Result: The effect of
e-learning on optimizing the teaching-learning process according to students, teachers, and school administrators was respectively 41.5%, 43%, and 83% which indicates the "good" and very good level.34.7% of teachers do not use e-learning at all and 34.7% of them use it just for 30 to 45 minutes. The amount of teachersʹ skills in using computer was 29.6% and 15.9% respectively according to the point of view of students and teachers, which means "law" level, and it was 14.3% for the amount of administratorsʹ computer skills which is at the "medium" level. The amount of accessible hardware facilities according to students and teachers point of view was respectively 28.8% and 24.5% which is in "law" level and it was 38% for administrators which are in the "medium" level.
Conclusion: Finally, proposed which supplies hardware and software standards to be revised.
