چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: گسترش روزافزون دانشگاه‌ها و مراكز آموزش عالي سبب شده كه كيفيت آن‌ها مورد توجه برنامه‌ريزان آموزشي قرار گيرد. در همين راستا، پژوهش حاضر به بررسي عوامل موثر بر كيفيت آموزش در دانشگاه پيام‌نور تهران مي‌پردازد.
مواد و روش‌ها: اين تحقيق در سال تحصيلي 91-1390 در دانشگاه پيام‌نور تهران به شيوه پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه آماري، كليه دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي بوده كه 117 نفر به شيوه نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي متناسب به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته پاسخ دادند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از روش‌هاي آماري توصيفي و تحليل عاملي به كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS و LISREL استفاده شد.
نتايج: نتايج نشان داد كه كيفيت آموزشي در دانشگاه پيام‌نور تهران در شاخص‌هاي برنامه درسي، حمايت‌هاي دانشجويي و سودمندي فناوري آموزش از دور در حد متوسط ولي در شاخص‌هاي سنجش و ارزيابي و تعامل چندگانه ضعيف و پايين‌تر از حد انتظار بوده است. همچنين نتايج تحليل عاملي نشان‌دهنده مناسب بودن شاخص‌هاي برازندگي بوده و مي‌توان از اين عوامل در تعيين كيفيت خدمات آموزشي با ضريب تعيين 62/0استفاده كرد.
نتيجه‌گيري: تقاضاي عظيم براي آموزش مداوم و پاسخ‌گويي به رغبت يادگيرندگان، مستلزم هزينه‌هاي هنگفت براي توليدكنندگان خدمات آموزشي مي‌باشد. اين حجم عظيم سرمايه‌گذاري در نظام‌هاي آموزشي و از جمله نظام آموزش از دور سبب شده تا همه كساني كه با اين نظام‌ها در ارتباط هستند در خصوص كيفيت آن ها حساس باشند. لذا دستيابي به چنين هدفي مستلزم شناسايي عوامل موثر بر كيفيت مي‌باشد. اين عوامل كيفي با وجود اهميت فراوان و جايگاه آن در مباحث تربيتي، چندان مورد توجه مسيولين قرار نگرفته است.

Introduction: With the current expansion of university and higher education centers, their quality has attracted the attention of educational programmers. We aimed to examine factors that affecting the education quality in the Higher Education Center of Payame Noor University (PNU) of Tehran.
Materials and Methods: This survey was conducted during 2011-2012 in Payame Noor University, Tehran, Iran. 117 post-graduate students were selected using the stratified random sampling method. The required data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and factor analysis were used for data analysis using SPSS software and LISREL.
Results: We found that the education offered in the Higher Education Center of PNU is of average quality in terms of syllabus, student support, and the efficiency of distance education technology, but poor in terms of assessment and interaction. Moreover, the results of factor analysis showed that goodness-of-fit indices were adequate, and these factors can be used to define the quality of educational services with a coefficient of 0.62.
Conclusion: Satisfying the huge demand for education is very costly for those offering educational services. Heavy investments currently made in educational systems, including distance educational systems, has made policymakers sensitive towards their quality and effectiveness of education. In order to achieve a high quality in such centers factors that influence the quality of educational services should be identified.
