بررسي و مقايسه روابط خانوادگي دانش آموزان موفق و ناموفق در تحصيل

Examining and Comparing the Family Relation of Successful and Unsuccessful Freshman Students

بديهي است، غالب جمعيت كشور ما را نوجوانان و جوانان تشكيل مي دهند و موفقيت اين گروه بزرگ در آينده نه چندان دور، به شدت وابسته به تحصيلات رسمي و آموزشگاهي آنان دارد. همگان نيز بر اين امر واقف اند كه موفقيت فرزندان دغدغه جداناپذير خانواده ها و متوليان تعليم و تربيت هر كشوري است. قريب به اتفاق متخصصين حوزه تعليم و تربيت، روابط حاكم بر خانواده ها را از عوامل عمده افت و پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان مي-دانند. هم چنين افراد و گروه هاي كثيري به اين مهم پرداخته اند، اما هم چنان اين زخم كهنه، گاه خانواده ها را تا مرز اضمحلال پيش برده و والدين و مربيان را در مسير خطير خود مايوس كرده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف رسيدن به (طبقه مركزي) حاصل از داده ها در مورد «روابط خانوادگي تاثيرگذار بر موفقيت و شكست تحصيلي دانش آموزان» انجام گرفت. براي اين منظور، 32 مشاركت كننده و 16دانش آموز سال اول متوسطه دبيرستان هاي شهر شهريار، با استفاده از نمونه-گيري هدفمند و تيوريك تا اشباع داده ها و از طريق مصاحبه هاي عميق نيمه ساختاريافته، به روش پيشنهادي StraussوCorbin كه مشتمل بر كد گذاري (باز، محوري و انتخابي) است، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند، در مجموع 98 و در نهايت 56 كد اوليه از مصاحبه با مشاركت-كنندگان بدست آمده و در مراحل بعدي تجزيه و تحليل، طبقه اي اصلي به نام «ارتباط» بدست آمده است. انتخاب واژه «ارتباط» به عنوان طبقه مركزي به اين دليل بود كه مي توانست بخش قابل توجهي از گوناگوني هاي بدست آمده از داده ها را تبيين نمايد. يافته هاي حاصل از اين پژوهش نشان دادند كه روابط خانوادگي تاثيرگذار بر موفقيت و شكست تحصيلي دانش آموزان، عواملي چندگانه و درهم تنيده اند، در نهايت نتايج نشان دادند، روابط اعضاي خانواده با هم، رفتار مسيولانه والدين نسبت به فرزندان، روابط و تعامل زوجين با يكديگر در توفيق و شكست تحصيلي دانش آموزان تاثيرگذار است. نتايج مختص اين گروه است و تعميم آن ها به ساير گروه ها بايد با احتياط صورت پذيرد.

It is obvious, most of population of our country consists of teenagers & youth and success of this large group in near future, strongly depends on their official & institutional education. Meanwhile all know that the issue of children’s success is the main and inseparable concern of families and education authorities of each country. Most experts in the area of education regard relation of family members as an important factor for student’ education achievements. Also many people and groups have taken the issue into consideration. However, this old ulcer has lead families to the edge of destruction and disappointed parent and teachers from continuing their valuable path. Objective of this study is achieving core variable drawn up from the data gathered in the area of “family relations which affect success and failure of the students’ education.” For this purpose 32 participants (16 mother & 16 students) were selected from firest grade students of Shahriar Town’s High Schools, through directed & theoric sampling up to data saturation by means of semi-structured deep interviews, with the grounded theory method. Then the data were analyzed by the method suggested by Strauss & Corbin consisting of coding (open, pivotal & optional), and total 98 primary code and 56 final primary codes were achieved from the interviewed people. At the next stages of the analysis, a main variable named “communication” was achieved. The term “communication” was selected for naming this core variable because it could convey considerable diversities derived from the data. Findings show that “family relations affecting success & failure of the students’ education” are composed of multilayer & complicated factors. Finally the results indicated that relations of family members, responsible behavior of the parents toward thire children, relations & interaction of the spouses with each other all & all affect students’ educational success & failure. The results are specific for this group and its generalization should be considered by caution.
