چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: تقاضاي القايي يكي از چالش‌هاي نظام سلامت كشورها است كه باعث بالا رفتن سهم مردم در هزينه‌هاي درماني و همچنين رشد شاخص هزينه‌هاي تحمل ناپذير مي‌شود. در نتيجه مقاله‌ي حاضر به دنبال شناسايي چالش‌هاي تقاضاي القايي با استفاده از تجارب صاحب‌نظران دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان بود.
روش بررسي: روش تحقيق كه در شهر اصفهان در سال 1391 انجام شد، به شيوه‌ي كيفي بود و از مصاحبه‌ي نيمه ساختار يافته براي گردآوري داده‌ها استفاده شد. براي تعيين روايي و پايايي معيارهايي مانند موثق بودن اطلاعات، قابل اعتماد بودن، قابل اطمينان بودن و قابل تثبيت بودن داده‌ها درنظر گرفته شد. جامعه‌ي پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان بود. نمونه‌گيري به روش هدفمند انجام شد و تعداد 17 نفر مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. به مصاحبه‌شوندگان اطمينان داده شد كه نامي از آنها برده نمي‌شود و تمامي اطلاعات آنها محرمانه باقي خواهد ماند. از روش تجزيه و تحليل موضوعي براي تحليل داده‌ها استفاده گرديد.
يافته‌ها: در اين پژوهش، براساس تحليل موضوعي انجام شده 41 زير موضوع و 3 موضوع اصلي استخراج شد. اين سه موضوع اصلي شامل چالش‌هاي سازمان‌هاي بيمه‌گر، چالش‌هاي سيستم سلامت و چالش‌هاي بيمار بود. هر كدام از اين موضوعات نيز داراي زير موضوعاتي بودند.
نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج اين پژوهش چالش‌هاي ناشي از تقاضاي القايي را ارايه مي‌كند كه بارزترين يافته‌هاي آن شامل چالش‌هاي سازمان‌هاي بيمه‌گر، چالش‌هاي سيستم سلامت و چالش‌هاي بيمار بود. اين يافته‌ها به سياستگذاران بخش سلامت كمك مي‌كند تا بتوانند با درنظر گرفتن چالش‌ها، راهبردهاي مناسبي در جهت كاهش آنها طراحي نمايند.

Introduction: Induced demand is one of the challenges of health care systems in different countries. It increases health care costs and also increases catastrophic cost index. This article seeks to examine the challenges of induced demand with the use of expert’s experiences of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.
Methods: The research is applied a qualitative method which done in Isfahan in 2012. Semi-structured interview was used for data gathering. For validity and reliability criteria such as data "reliability of information" and "stability" were considered. Participants in this study were people who had been informed in this regard and had to be experienced and were known as experts. Purposive sampling was done for data saturation. 17 people were interviewed. The anonymity of the interviewees was preserved. The data are transcribed, categorized and then used the thematic analysis.
Results: In this study thematic analysis was conducted and 41 sub-themes and three themes were extracted. The three main themes include insurance organizations challenges, health systems challenges and patient’s challenges. Each of them has some sub-themes.
Conclusion: The results of this study provide challenges due to induced demand. The most notable findings include insurance organizations challenges, health care system challenges and patient challenges. These findings will help health policymakers consider challenges to design appropriate strategies to reduce them.
