Investigating the Role and Significance of Discourse Analysis Method in the Field of Discoursal Psychology

زمينه: روان‌شناسي گفتماني حوزه مطالعاتي جديدي است كه تا حدود زيادي با روان‌شناسي‌اجتماعي‌زبان همپوشاني دارد. در اين حوزه جديد مسايلي مطرح است كه روان‌شناسي‌اجتماعي‌زبان كمتر به آن مي‌پردازد، مسايلي كه در قلمرو ساختارها و راهبردهاي ويژه گفتمان كه از منظر تحليل گفتمان قابل مطالعه است. روان‌شناسي‌گفتماني رشته‌اي علمي است كه از همگرايي رشته‌هاي متنوعي چون نشانه‌شناسي، زبان‌شناسي، قوم‌نگاري، روان‌شناسي شناختي و هوش مصنوعي، حول محور زبان و با عطف توجه به ماهيت اجتماعي آن پديد آمده است. روش: تحليل گفتمان ريشه در علم هرمنوتيك دارد؛ اما به عنوان رشته‎اي مستقل در علوم انساني و اجتماعي از اواسط دهه شصت پديدار گشته است. تحليل گفتمان به منزله روش بررسي روان‌شناسي‌گفتماني در بستر فهم و مفاهمه اجتماعي به كمك گفتگو مي‌شتابد تا مسيله فهم و انتقال معنا را در چارچوب مطالعه زباني مورد واكاوي قرار دهد. نتايج: پيشرفت‌هاي اخير در علوم‌انساني، منجر به ظهور شكل جديدي از روان‌شناسي به نام «روان‌شناسي‌گفتماني» شده است؛ به طوري كه راه‌هاي مختلفي را براي فهم پديده‌هاي روان‌شناختي مانند: شناخت، عاطفه، باورها، هويت، ادراكات و انگيزه‌ها فراهم ساخته است. چارچوب‌هاي روان‌شناختي، در گستره علوم اجتماعي-فرهنگي، بيش از چارچوب‌هاي جامعه‌شناختي در هدايت و پيشبرد فرضيه‌سازي و اجراي موضوعات پژوهشي نقش داشته‌اند. روان‌شناسي گفتماني از جمله چارچوب‌هايي محسوب مي‌شود كه به فهم پديده‌هاي روان‌شناختي در بستر اجتماعي- فرهنگي كمك مي‌كند. بحث و نتيجه گيري: از آنجا كه هر موضوع علمي روش بررسي و تحليل خود را مي‌طلبد، روان‌شناسي گفتماني رويدادهاي روان‌شناختي را از منظر و چشم‌انداز رويدادي اجتماعي و فرهنگي برآمده از زبان مورد بررسي قرار داده است و زبان را به منزله پراكسيس به كار گرفته است، و تحليل گفتمان را به عنوان روش مطالعه زبان‌شناسانه انتخاب كرده است. تحليل گفتمان مبتني بر طيف وسيعي از منابع فكري، شامل تحليل گفتگو، روش قوم‌نگاري، فلسفه اخير ويتگنشتاين، روانكاوي و تحليل انتقادي ايديولوژي است. اين رويكرد با اجتناب از فرايندهاي روان‌شناختي دروني به مطالعه مضامين رواني- اجتماعي در روان‌شناسي مرسوم مي‌پردازد

Background: Discoursal Psychology is a new field of study that overlaps largely with socio-psychology of language. In this new field of study, certain issues are discussed that are not usually dealt with in socio-psychology of language, issues related to structures and strategies specific to discourse that can be studied from the perspective of discourse analysis. Discoursal Psychology is a scientific field of study that has emerged from the convergence of various fields such as semiotics, linguistics, ethnography, cognitive psychology, and artificial intelligence focused on language, particularly its social nature. Method: Discourse Analysis originated from hermeneutics, but it has emerged as an independent branch in human and social sciences since mid-1960s. Discourse Analysis, as an analytical method of discoursal psychology, contributes to dialog within social understanding in order to explore comprehending and conveying meaning within the framework of language study. Findings: New advances in human sciences have led to the emergence of a new type of psychology known as "Discoursal Psychology" that has opened various ways for understanding psychological phenomena such as cognition, affection, beliefs, identity, perceptions and motivations. Psychological frameworks within socio-cultural domains have had more significant role in directing and guiding theorizing and performing research issues than sociological frameworks. Discoursal Psychology is considered one of these frameworks that contribute to understanding psychological phenomena within socio-cultural context. Discussions and Conclusion: As any scientific issue requires its own method of analysis and investigation, Discoursal Psychology investigates psychological events from the perspective of a socio-cultural event derived from language and considers language as the praxis and has adopted Discourse Analysis as the method of linguistic study. Discourse Analysis is based on a wide range of intellectual resources including conversational analysis, ethnographic method, Wittgenstein’s recent philosophy, psychoanalysis and critical analysis of ideology. While avoiding internal psychological processes, this approach studies socio-psychological themes in general psychology.
