Security-protective considerations of acquiring defensive technology in community of Islamic republic of Iranʹʹs armed forces and opposing techniques

صنايع دفاعي ج.ا.ا در حال حاضر با محيطي آشوبناك، پيچيده و مدام در حال تغيير مواجه هستند . از اينرو مي‌بايست قابليت‌هاي دفاعي متنوع، متعدد و كارآمدي را براي جامعه نيروهاي مسلح ج.ا.ا تامين تا نيروهاي عملياتي بتوانند با انواع تهديدات موجود مقابله موثري داشته باشند.اين قابليت راهبردي تنها با ارتقاي توان فناورانه و قدرت انعطاف‌پذيري صنايع دفاعي ميسر است .اصلي ترين مقوله در مديريت فناوري هر سازمان، فرآيند اكتساب و جذب فناوري‌هاي مورد نياز است .اين فرآيند سالهاست كه در سازمان‌هاي دفاعي ن.م به طرق مختلف در حال انجام بوده وليكن با شيوه‌هايي غير منعطف و انطباق نا پذير با تهديدات موجود كه جامعه ن.م را عليرغم صرف هزينه‌هاي مادي و معنوي فراوان با معضلات متعددي از قبيل انتقال ناقص دانش وفناوري، جذب ناكارآمد فناوري و از همه مهمتر افشاي اطلاعات ارزشمند دفاعي مواجه بوده كه ناشي از عدم اهتمام لازم به مقوله امنيت فناوري است. لذا ضروري است كه جامعه اطلاعاتي ن.م به مقوله اكتساب فناوري به ديد تخصصي نگريسته، خرد امنيتي بومي شده آن را توليد تا از ضررهاي جبران ناپذير موجود آن كاسته شود.

The Defensive industries of Islamic republic of Iran are currently facing with a complex, chaotic and continuously changing environment. So, several different efficient defensive capabilities should be presented to the community of armed forces to make the operational forces able to have an effective confrontation with current threats. This strategic capability is possible just with promoting the technology and flexibility power of defensive industries. Main category of technology management in any organization is the process of acquiring and absorbing of required technologies. This process has been in use in defensive organizations for several years but proved inflexible and inadaptable to current threats. So, community of armed forces, despite of investing large amounts of money in this area, has been faced with several problems including, defective transfer of knowledge and technology, inefficient absorbing of technology and above all disclosure of valuable defensive information which shows that the importance of category of technology security is neglected. Therefore, it is essential that armed forces security community regard the category of acquiring technology as a specialized subject and for avoiding irreversible damages, produce domestic security understanding.
