بررسي عوامل بازدارنده موثر بر ميزان مشاركت معلمان زن مقاطع سه گانه تحصيلي در فعاليت هاي ورزشي شهر مرند

Investigation barriers of sports participation of women teachers in Three educational levels in Marand city

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي عوامل بازدارنده موثر بر ميزان شركت معلمان زن مقطع سه گانه تحصيلي در فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي شهر مرند به منظور ارايه راهكارهاي مناسب مي‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگي- توصيفي بوده و به صورت ميداني انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه معلمان زن مقاطع سه گانه تحصيلي شهر مرند در سال 1391 به تعداد 491 نفر مي‌باشد. 215 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان به صورت نمونه گيري تصادفي به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد عوامل بازدارنده فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي با پايايي 87/0=? و پرسشنامه مربوط به مشخصات فردي پاسخگويان مي‌باشد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن، كروسكال واليس و خي دو استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين عوامل بازدارنده و خرده مقياس‌هاي روانشناختي(192/0- =r ،01/0?p)،اجتماعي و فرهنگي(240/0- =r ،01/0?p )،مديريتي(177/0- =r ،05/0?p) واماكنوتجهيزات(169/0- =r ،01/0?p) باميزان مشاركت ورزشي بانوان معلم ارتباط منفي و معناداري وجود دارد. بين خرده مقياس شخصي(065/0- =r، 01/0?p) واقتصادي و مالي(075/0 =r ، 05/0?p) باميزان مشاركت ورزشي بانوان معلم ارتباط معناداري وجود ندارد. همچنين بين نظرات معلمان زن مقاطع سه گانه تحصيلي (ابتدايي، راهنمايي و متوسطه) در ميزان مشاركت در فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي و عوامل بازدارانده مشاركت تفاوت معناداري وجود ندارد. بين ميزان مشاركت ورزشي و سابقه ورزشي با سن، رشته تحصيلي و مدرك تحصيلي ارتباط معناداري وجود ندارد. به طور كلي مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه با افزايش تنوع عوامل بازدارنده، ميزان مشاركت در فعاليت‌هاي ورزشي كاهش مي‌يابد و از شركت بانوان معلم در ورزش جلوگيري مي كند، لذا توجه مسيولين امر نسبت به كاهش اين عوامل با استفاده از برنامه هاي هدفمند و سياست گزاري اصولي مي تواند مشاركت زنان را در فعاليت ورزشي هموار نموده و موجبات توسعه و رشد جامعه را فراهم آورد.

This study aims to examine the effective barrier factors on participation number of women teachers in three levels of education about sport activities of Marand in order to introduce suitable solutions. The study is descriptive correlational typical one and has been done as field. The population of research was 491 cases of woman teachers in three educational levels of Marand. Study statistical society was 215 persons. The standard barrier factors questionnaire used with validity is confirmed by experts and its reliability has been verified and personal information questionnaire as well. The data analysis has been done by the usage of average descriptive statistical and standard deviation and the hypothesis research test is used from Spearman correlation coefficient, K-V test and chi-squire. The results of research indicate that there is significant negative relationship between barrier factors and sports participation number of women teachers, but there is no significant relationship between two small barrier scale (personal, economics and financial) and sports participation. Also there is no significant relationship among women teachers of three educational levels (primary, guidance and high school) in participation number of sport activities. Finally there is no considerable relationship among participation numbers on sport activities and age, educational field and degree and also among sport history number, educational field and degree.Generally, we can conclude that increasing diverse barriers, participation in sports, decreases and sports teacher can prevent women from participating. Therefore the authorityʹs attention to reduce the use of programs and policies systematically can provide Womenʹs participation in physical activity and facilitate the development and growth of the community.
