بررسي ارتباط پارامترهاي نوسان مركز فشار در تكليف ايستاده آرام با چشم باز و بسته با آزمون هاي تعادل عملكردي و شاخص تقارن در بيماران همي پارزي مزمن

Correlation between sway parameters of center of pressure in quiet standing with eyes open and eyes closed, functional balance tests and symmetry index in chronic hemiparesis patients

چكيده زمينه و هدف: مشكلات حس عمقي، بينايي-فضايي و ضعف عضلاني از دلايل مهم تحمل وزن غير قرينه و آسيب كنترل وضعيتي در بيماران همي پارزي مزمن مي باشند. اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي ارتباط ميان پارامترهاي نوسان مركز فشار در تكليف ايستاده آرام با چشم باز و بسته با آزمون هاي تعادل عملكردي و شاخص تقارن در اين بيماران انجام شد. روش بررسي: 16 بيمار سكته مغزي (ميانگين سني 109/10±937/52 سال) با نمونه گيري غيراحتمالي ساده در اين مطالعه ارتباطي شركت كردند. دستگاه صفحه نيرو، آزمون هاي (Functional Reach: FR) و (Timed Up and Go: TUG) و ترازو به ترتيب براي سنجش پارامتر هاي نوسان مركز فشار در حالت ايستاده آرام، تعادل عملكردي و شاخص تقارن استفاده شدند. يافته ها: آزمون تعادلي TUG همبستگي معنادار متوسط تا بالايي با شاخص تقارن(677/0=r)و اكثر پارامترهاي نوسان وضعيتي در حالت چشم بسته و آزمون تعادلي FRتنها ارتباط متوسطي با انحراف معيار سرعت(قدامي-خلفي)(686/0- = r) و صفحه فاز كل )(609/0- = r) نشان داد. همچنين شاخص تقارن ارتباط متوسطي با اكثر پارامترهاي نوسان وضعيتي داشت. نتيجه گيري: مطالعه حاضر نقش بينايي و تكليف را در همبستگي بين نوسانات مركز فشار، آزمون هاي تعادلي و شاخص تقارن نشان مي دهد. كليد واژه ها: همبستگي، تحمل وزن متقارن، نوسان وضعيتي، Functional Reach، Timed Up and Go، صفحه نيرو، ايستاده آرام

Abstract Background and Aim: Proprioceptive problems, visuospatial deficits and muscle weakness are the main causes of weight bearing asymmetry and postural control impairment in chronic hemiparesis patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between center of pressure parameters in quiet standing with eyes open and closed and functional balance tests and symmetry index in these patients. Materials and Methods: In this correlation study, 16 stroke patients (mean age: 52.937±10.109 years), were selected by simple non-probability sapling. Force plate, Functional Reach and Timed Up and Go tests and scales were used in order to investigate postural sway parameters in quiet standing, functional balance and symmetry index, respectively. Results: Moderate to high significant correlation was obtained between Timed Up and Go test and symmetry index and most of the postural sway parameters in eyes closed condition, while Functional Reach test had only moderate significant correlation with standard deviation of velocity (anterior-posterior) and phase plane total. Also symmetry index showed moderate correlation with most of the postural sway parameters. Conclusion: Current study demonstrates the role of vision and task in correlation between center of pressure parameters, balance tests and symmetry index.
