بررسي رابطه بين ابعاد كيفيت زندگي كاري با بهره وري كاركنان (مطالعه موردي)

A Study of the Relationship between the Dimensions of Working Life Quality and Employees’ Productivity (A case study)

با توجه به ميزان اهميت بهره وري و نيز توجه به متغير هاي سازماني كه بر بهره ور بودن يا نبودن يك سازمان ممكن است تاثير بگذارد، مطالعات مختلفي صورت گرفته است. در يك سازمان بررسي كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان يكي از مولفه هاي تاثيرگذار بر بهره ور بودن آن سازمان است. لذا بر حسب اهميت در شركت قطعه سازي سامان صنعت آذربايجان غربي نسبت به بررسي موضوع فوق اقدام گرديد. از 210 نفر كل پرسنل اين شركت، 136 نفر طبق جدول گرسي و مورگان به عنوان تعداد نمونه انتخاب گرديد. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد كيفيت زندگي كاري و بهره وري استفاده شد كه مقدار آلفاي كرونباخ براي دو پرسشنامه به ترتيب برابر 98/0 و 86/0 محاسبه گرديد. همچنين تعداد 8 فرضيه بر اساس ابعاد كيفيت زندگي كاري مطرح گرديد كه در نهايت با توجه به خروجي اطلاعات و تحليل آنها تعداد هفت فرضيه تاييد و فرضيه ششم پژوهش رد گرديد. بر اين اساس به غير از رابطه بين بهره وري و توازن بين كار و زندگي در ساير ابعاد رابطه معناداري ميان بهره وري و كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان شركت قطعه سازي سامان صنعت آذربايجان غربي مشاهده مي شود.

With regard to the importance of productivity and considering the organizational variables that can affect the productivity, or lack of productivity, of on organization, various studies have been carried out. In an organization, the study of the quality of the employees’ working life is one of the components affecting the productivity of that organization. Therefore, due to the importance of the issue at hand in Saman Sanat parts producing company in West Azerbaijan Province, the researchers proceeded to do the research. Out of a total of 210 members of the personnel, 136 were selected as the sample through the use of Korsei and Morgan’s table. For data collection, two standard questionnaires, working life quality and productivity questionnaires, were used. The Cron bach value for the questionnaires was 0.98 and 0.86, respectively. Also, based on the dimensions of working life quality, eight hypotheses were posed, seven of which were confirmed following the information output and data analysis. However, the sixth hypothesis was rejected. Therefore, apart from the lake of relation between productivity and the balance of life and work, in all other dimensions, there is a significant relation between productivity and working life quality of the employees of Saman Sanat Parts Producing Company in West Azerbaijan Province.
