توانمندسازي بسيجيان: راهبردي براي تحقق اهداف اقتصادي كشور

Enabling the Basijis: A Strategy for Meeting the Economical Objectives in the Country

نامگذاري سالها توسط رهبري نظام، بيانگر رويكرد كلان كشور طي آن سال بوده است. اين نامگذاري‌ها در جهت تحقق سند چشم‌انداز 1404 و ساير اسناد بالادستي و در سالهاي اخير صبغه اقتصادي به خود گرفته است. لذا تمامي افراد مي‌بايست در راستاي تحقق اهداف هر يك از اين سالها بكوشند. بسيج، به عنوان مجموعه‌اي با پتانسيل فراوان در جهت ايفاي نقش در اين حوزه، جايگاهي اساسي در اين امر دارد. بديهي است اين نقش‌آفريني جز در سايه شناخت توانمندي‌ها و برنامه‌ريزي در راستاي توانمندسازي نقاط ضعف آنان ميسّر نخواهد شد. توانمندسازي بسيجيان به عنوان راهبردي براي ايفاي نقش جدّي‌تر ايشان در اين راستاست. در پژوهش حاضر، با توزيع تصادفي 180 پرسشنامه در بين بسيجيان شهرستان زنجان كه از روايي و پايايي كافي برخوردار بوده، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس.پي.اس.اس-19 به تحليل آن با آزمون تي پرداخته است. تحليل نتايج بيانگر آن است كه جامعه آماري مذكور، در تمامي سطوح توانمندسازي در حد قابل قبول بوده، ولي در توانمندي شناختي كافي(مشتمل بر احساس موثر بودن، احساس شايستگي، معناداري و حق انتخاب) داراي ضعف است و مي‌بايست تقويت اين حوزه نيز مدّ نظر مسيولان به منظور ايفاي نقش قوي‌تر بسيجيان در راستاي تحقق اهداف شعارهاي اقتصادي سالهاي اخير باشد.

That the Supreme Leader has put a name to each year in the early days of NouRuz, describes the country’s grand approach in that year. These namings have been used to realize Iran 1404 Outlook Document and other higher-level documents, which have taken on an economic function. So, it is incumbent upon everybody to make his best in meeting the objectives envisioned by/in such namings. As a body with an abundant potential for contributing to this domain, Basij plays a fundamental role in meeting the above. It is obvious that this contribution will not be possible unless efforts are made to identify the capabilities and plan for enabling whatever weaknesses they are suffering from. It is as a part of this process that the idea of enabling Basijis to play a more active role has been made. Using SPSS software 19 with t-test, the present research has set out to analyze the 180 questionnaires that were sufficiently reliable and valid, and randomly distributed between Basijis of the city of Zanjan. An analysis of the results shows that the above-mentioned statistical community is plausibly acceptable, but is open to some weaknesses in terms of cognitive capability where it should be focused by authorities in order to make Basijis play a more robust role in realizing the economical objectives.
